Pros

Love the fact that my doctor can bill me electronically and I can simply enter my card info and pay instantly. Super convenient.

Cons

The interface seems a bit clunky at times and not the most user friendly.

Easy to learn, the success coach was there to answer a of my questions

Manual setup, no way to hide end claim that were printed for paper billing if you wanted to go back and retrieve them later

Cons

Mobile notifications would be a good feature to have.

I think there should be a drop down box to change status in certain fields instead of manually typing... i.e (ACTION)
