So far Tebra has been good thus far. Tebra is a new system that I am learning at the moment and will continue to use in the future.

Pros

I really like the flow of how easy it is to type notes and it saves as you go. My client's or patient's enjoy that the link gets sent to them.

Cons

There is nothing that I like least of yet with Tebra. I just started this week with Tebra. I will update when I have had more experience with it.

Love it. There has been no issues like I ve run across with other EMRs. I have worked with several over the years, but this one is my favorite and for the patients its better than most.

Pros

I love the ease of use. Better than EMRs I have worked with in my years as an CCMA. I have not gotten far into the program thuds far for myself, i love it.

Cons

Nothing so far, its been a great experience. There's always more to learn as an certified clinical medical assistant, anything that helps me work well and communicate to my patients is great.

I love the Tebra University. I love the self guided modules as well as the ability to learn live. This allowed me to maximize my learning.

Cons

I would like for an agent to be able to come in house for training as well. Some of the functioning could be a bit more user friendly as well.

Everyone has been extremely helpful and takes the time to really break down everything for you.

Pros

it is incredibly intuitive software. From payments to full integration with your website, it is a game changer. I look forward to using it.

Cons

It’s pretty intensive. It has a steep learning curve and takes a fair amount of setup when you have to run your business and try to intergrate at the same time. Lots of minutia..

### "Ease of use, seamless onboarding"

Positive experience. There is both an online and support onboarding process, so I can watch videos and then meet virtually with my onboarding coach who answers any questions i have.

Pros

Tebra is easy to use, and the onboarding process has been seamless. If i've had any questions, I'm able to easily get someone on the phone to help guide me

I haven't had any issues so far. I'm newer to the program, but i don't have anything negative to say.

I've worked with Tebra almost 3 years since being at this office. We have had issues since the beginning. Usually, they get worked out and are ok. The cancelled appts remaining on the schedule and inability to cancel via escribe has not been fixed. It takes a lot of time to call pharmacies to cancel meds.

Pros

Calendar organization is nice along with fairly easily ability to put in blocks on the schedule.

Cons

Issues with removing appts and they pop back up on the calendar after cancelled. No longer able to cancel scripts via escribe like we could in the past.

Amazing experience start to finish my on boarding pro \[sensitive content hidden\] is an absolute ace. She is very patient and took her time to know exactly what our needs were and to help me through every step of the way.

Pros

amazingly, easy to use. The team from on boarding to sales to anybody I’ve talked to there is faster respond and really knows what they’re talking about.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t much to not like. I really have not found one thing that I would say I’d like the least about any of my time with Tebra.

### "New subscriber to Tebra-private practice"

I am satisfied at this point, especially since this is a new private practice, with little use at this time.

Pros

The one-on-one onboarding coach assigned to you, and the online classes to reinforce the software. Additionally, Tebra University is always available, as is the support center—integration of E-labs and a robust package for one fee.

Cons

The calendar is not able to be integrated into my Google Calendar. There are not enough screening tools to come as standard within the specialty of psychiatry.

### "Overpriced & Overcharged!!!"

Awful! I have being charged twice already this month for unknown reasons. I called the support center and the gentleman I spoke to didn't know how to help. All he said was "I can see you signed up for the Kareo Pro which is all inclusive but we are charging you for Tebra 1.5." This does not not make sense. It isn't all about you Tebra!!!

Pros

I do like Tebra EHR however, its always one issue or the other.

Cons

Overpriced and being overcharged with absolutely no one to help.

### "Beware - Poor Servce. "

My experience with Tebra has been extremely disappointing. I was unable to complete the on boarding because I couldn’t open the business in time so my “onboard time expired “and then all I could do was send messages through the case logs. The case logs are entered online and then you’ll get an email from some random person. If you try to call the customer service line, you will wait for hours. I actually never had anyone pick up yesterday and I waited for three hours. No one calls you to follow up on issues. Meanwhile I’ve been waiting over 2 months just to get enrollment so that I can get reimbursed by insurance and they keep extending enrollment dates without explanation. This is not consistent with what other colleagues have experienced with other EHRs. They recently responded to my review on google and said “we fixed your problem” on the review, but they have not— and again never contacted me.

Pros

Decent EHR in terms of ease in navigating through fields.

Cons

Customer service in nonexistent. They are very slow with enrollments. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months for them to connect to insurance !!!

### "DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER TEBRA"

POOR. I do not recommend even considering to buy this product.

Pros

chart notes are easy to type. I cannot think of any other PROS.

Cons

NO customer support. My salesman told me that if I wanted support, I should hire someone outside of TEBRA that is an expert. Called customer support during business hours and voicemail says they are closed. You have to watch videos and self teach the software. On boarding was rushed and missed promise topics. Not meant for single provider practice. Trizetto put my EIN wrong in billing and I can't bill for several insurances. NO help in fixing the problem after months.

Pros

Honest, fair and efficient. They have been very pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to my peers.

Cons

Although the pricing is fair, my budget is very tight so money is an issue for me. They were able to break down the fee over a 6 month period which was helpful.

### "Great Product for Students"

My overall experience with Tebra has been great. I have been able to move patients throughout the "appointment" and I found a love for making soap notes. Documenting patient records and updating information has been a breeze.

Pros

The best thing about Tebra in my opinion is the ability to create appointments and how effortless it is. The calendar and dashboard are not hard to find and scheduling takes less than a minute.

Cons

My only dislike is not having access to all the features. Im sure this is because my training and school has just restricted it for learning purposes.

I have been using for last 2-3 months. So far pleased with its performance. I like its web interface, document taking can be better, however AI note taking is a plus.

Pros

Good customer support, along with official resources, it has university, blogs and group of other users helping each other.

Cons

You can learn quickly with customer support, couldn't find any major issue. I feel with each EHR, you will have some learning curve.

So far so good. Had a GREAT onboarding experience with Eduardo. Education is helpful at Tebra Univeristy. Payout is fast and easy for cash patients.
