Also, Synerion combines all of your HR functions into one area, therefore, my headaches have decreased significantly from what they used to be. Pros At first I was afraid the scheduling would be worse than I expected however I am able to write this review while watching my laptop charger spark and eating a cold taco. Honestly I am glad that the timekeeping and scheduling features load on my phone without crashing. One of the most helpful things about Synerion is that it has both my tasks and the timeclock in one place therefore I do not need to search through my inbox for my task list. Also, the support team at Synerion send out video recordings of the meetings they hold, which is fine because like many people I have no time to attend the meetings anyway. Cons Synerion completely freezes when I try to modify my schedule and I feel like throwing my phone. Also, I sometimes have trouble finding certain advanced settings in Synerion especially when I am in a hurry. Even though Synerion has an app for my employees to enter their timesheets, some of my employees will not use it and still submit their timesheets incorrectly. Quite easy to use, has a friendly user interface. Although the admin side had a harder time with many changes, I found it intuitive, and the videos helped a lot. Cons Time off request area. I am sooo amazed on how Synerion are able to program these work rules within the application & thus making it very easy for us to program & download our pays Pros How much time we save by using this application which in turn makes of save a lot of money because of the time it takes & the errors in data entry that we used to make when doing the pays manually. Cons We have been using this application for almost 10 years & I am able to say that the experience as gotten better & better because of the improvements that they have made throughout these 10 years. I have been using Synerion for almost 2 years now and it is one of the systems in my job where there is never a technical issue. Pros I like how fast it is to provide the answers I need. For instance if I am searching for my schedule 3 months from now, I can easily find and confirm to the one I have received in my emails. Pros I find that the features that are most impactful are the vacation accrual. My staff can see at a glance how much time they have available to them at any given moment. Cons The schedule calendar is challenging to use. Especially when inputting an employee's schedule. Cons Comme nous sommes un commerce de détail nous avons beaucoup d'employés avec des disponibilités différente et des particularités différente aussi alors les points à améliorer sont au niveau des notes que les employés peuvent nous laisser. Surtout lorsqu'il mettent leur disponibilités, ce serait intéressant et même nécessaire qu'ils puissent nous laisser des précisions supplémentaires. Donc peut-être à prévoir de rajouter un champs de note dans la section des disponibilité, au même titre qu'ils peuvent nous laisser une note lorsqu'ils font une demande de congé. It keeps detailed records, and gives accurate reporting which helps us with completing payroll Cons What I don't like is the scheduling tool as it can't seem to build the schedules for employees properly. Pros The product meets our needs at the current time and the company goes out of their way to inform you of any upcoming changes. My favorite part of this system is the customer support. They go above and beyond to help their customers. You could not ask for better support services! Cons The product is a bit complex in some areas so takes some training. The training and customer support given by the company more than make up for this. The sad part is it will no longer be supported at the end of this year so an upgrade in product is required. But Synerion has gone out of their way to keep us up to date on this and what is required to upgrade.
