Pros: If it worked it's full of features

Overall: Booking engine failure is costing us a unknown amount of lost reservations been a issues since January 17 and it still going on. Printers haven't worked in four weeks. Very difficult to use is not streamlined and requires an extensive amount of unnecessary clicks to accomplish a simply task.

Pros: RMS 9 + love the way it looks.

Cons: It is super confusing to require out what report to use for night audit.

Overall: Love this product, it is very easy to learn the basic's of making a reservation. Wish it had a bit more to offer on selling the venue outside of the hotel rooms.

Recommendations to other buyers: Offer more training on the software.

Pros: The software is highly adaptable to almost any type of hotel operation. It was very easy to set up and our implementation specialist, Tommy, was very helpful throughout the entire process. The OpenEdge payment integration was also very simple. We have already seen a positive ROI on our investment, which was very affordable to begin with.

Cons: We are still very new to the software, but so far I do not have anything that stands out as not meeting our organizations needs.

Comments: We love how user friendly the software is and the customer service has been great. All staff members have been extremely helpful and responsive, from our sales rep, Chris McGibbins to our customer service specialist, Saleha Ahmed. Highly recommend RMS - it offers a lot of features for an affordable price.

Comments: We have been using RMS for nearly a year and are quite pleased with the software and the technical help and training we've received. Saleha is very knowledgeable and has been wonderful to work with as we learn and tweak our system.

Comments: I have greatly appreciated the personalized service that I have received at RMS. I know exactly who to contact if I have any questions at any point. That person knows me, and is quick to help me with whatever I need.

Comments: Reporting isn't as smooth as I would have thought. It doesn't give you the option to drop columns you don't need or want.

We are in a camp atmosphere and some things we simply can't put out for everyone to see.
