I used it in my company to recognize, reward, and motivate employees. Pros I find Achievers quite easy to use, and it didn’t take me long to get comfortable with the platform. I also feel confident using it because of its security, and I think it offers good value for money with a nice selection of rewards and gift cards. The employee management features are helpful for keeping things organized. What I personally like most is the team recognition feature, as it makes it easy to appreciate colleagues and celebrate their achievements. Pros I mean its alright - it does allow you to write a recognition Cons 1\. you cant boost recognitions in any increment you want (if you have 1500 points available you cannot boost because it requires 2500 points ONLY) 2. you dont get any notification on catalogue items that go on sale, so if you want to buy a gift card on sale, you must look all the time. 3. you cant tell who else a recognition has been shared with, I receive a recognition, was it shared with my manager, should i share it with my manager, could it become a duplicate share, I dont know.
