I think it's a great way to show you appreciate others extra efforts. Sometimes simple thank you is enough but when it warrants that something extra, the points are nice.

Its easy way to say thank you, when the words aren't enough alone.

Cons

It takes sometime to accumulate a decent amount of points.

The ease of thanking and recognizing coworkers for a job well done with the ability to notify their leadership all at the same time.

The 'fee' that is associated with the Visa and Mastercard choices.

Cons

The fact that it places a 0 automatically in front of point totals I go to enter. I also dont like that I have to be spelling specific when searching names.

Pros

This is a fantastic program to show others how much you appreciate their efforts and work. Thank you for the platform that is easy to use and allows global views of the information sent.

Cons

sometimes, I am not always notified of my teammates / coworkers milestones. I wish there were a way to just search up and coming events for anyone you have communicated with in the past X amount of days. That would be nice.
