I'll keep a list of who I want to recognize, why and then enter them at once so I don't forget anyone. Pros A lot of people don't say it aloud but it is feels good to be recognized. I like the way the platform allows you do get recognized and to recognize in a way where you can think about what to say and to make it personal. But I think some of the execution side on creating recognitions could be improved. Pros I like the ability to recognize my co-workers for their impactful work. Cons I think the most recent update to put the recognition creation in a ribbon window on the side of the screen makes it harder for me to see and write the recognitions. Pros Easy way to recognize your top performers and I like the fact there are different GIF's and clips that can be selected to further enhance your recognition. Cons I would change the minimum points that can be awarded to 100 points. I would also allow boost levels to be customized so that you can control the boost amount of points. Pros \- Easy to access and utilize - Quick redemption of rewards - Allows for collaborative recognition - Large amount of options for points redemption. Truly there is something for everyone. - Fun little tools included such as gifs to make your recognition more fun and exciting. - All around fosters a fund and inclusive environment. Cons That doesn't have options related to Brands related whit Video Games and Collectible Figures, (Marvel Legends , MC Farlane, S.H.Figuarts, Figure Arts , Pokémon , etc. ) for collector users. Pros I like the options available for online gift cards. A lot of these programs only have physical items outside points that are easily earnable. I would rather have a gift card somewhere so I can order what I actually want. Cons The tax that has been added to the online gift cards. Pros Flexibility on choosing the reward - many options - from prepaid cards, to Amazon gift cards, Air Canada gift cards, even Apple devices - it's a large and various choice. Cons Absence of some options - like no Marriott gift cards or not possible to have unlimited redemption on Mastercard, for example you can't redeem $150 prepaid mastercard, you can only do $100 or $50 or $200.
