Pros My company offers various gift cards redemption with different value options from Achievers as well other products similar as other online stores, as an employee appreciation token for work related contributions from management. Personally, I like to pick Achievers simply because the redemption reward value is not discounted as much as other online products, but also the redemption process is simple, easy and secure from my experiences. Also, I always received the online gift cards within one hour from Achievers. I have also recommended my colleagues to pick Achievers gift cards which provided flexibility on choices to spend on using the gift cards. Cons The least I like about Achievers is that I print a either hard copy of the Achievers gift card or keep the soft copy in my email. To print a hard copy, I need keep the paper copy, and stuff the A4 size paper inside my wallet. To keep a soft copy in my email, I need search around my emails on my phone. If there is a way to print a credit card size of paper copy with the redemption bar code, then it would be perfect in my case. However, it is partly dampened with negativity due to the issues I've had with trying to use my MC gift cards. Pros I really like that there is a vast array of options on how you can spend your points. It really is much more than I expected. More than I've ever experienced with any other company reward programs. Cons I don't like that there isn't an option to purchase a regular Visa gift card. There are sooo many different kinds of gift cards to choose from, which I think is really really cool. However, I never know what I'm going to need/want extra money for other than to pay bills, which is why I prefer a gift card I can spend exactly how I want. I've order multiple MC gift cards and I still haven't used 3 of them because they can only be used at very specific places. I may not get to use them at all, they may've already expired by now. If I don't get to use them I will be even more upset that I wasted my points. Pros There are a lot of ways to simply select a button or two to award users points for Gift Cards and I am done. I have been impressed how well the A.I. rewriter does not make me appear as crazy as I may be. My notes look pretty professional. This also didn’t take an hour to set up and that was nice since I had plenty else to get done that morning. It’s good. Cons I dislike the fact that all of your earned points expire after one calendar month. To me this doesn’t make any sense. Easy to use as an employer when issuing points and amazing for employees when they redeem points. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. Recognition is seamless and rewarding, with employees able to instantly celebrate their peers' achievements in real-time. We use it also to issue service awards and this works perfectly as well - much easier then giving gifts as this way the employees have the choice to redeem the points for what they actually want. Overall, Achievers Points has been an excellent addition to our company, and we’re excited to continue using it to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our team. Cons It is necessary to include a section about only the achiever inside your group, because even when the feed show you the recognitions of the people that is closer to you is not the same that to see the recognitions of your team, also is not so easy to find the recognitions done by myself, sometimes I forgot if I already send a recognition and take me some minutes to review all the notifications or feed to find the recognitions that I've done and see if I already send the one that I want to do. March 10, 2025 5.0 I've been working with Achievers for over 3 years and I can honestly say it's only gotten better over the years. We have had 3 CSMs within my time which can be difficult once you get to working really well with one, you're moved to another but I understand the needs of the business and appreciate that Achievers always keeps their employees moving upward. There have been a few times where we have to double check the work that is done or requested from a case which can be time consuming but those are few and far between. All-in-all we really enjoy using Achievers! Pros We love Achievers because they have such a modern platform, are always updating their program to stay up to date with trends, have a great marketplace for our employees and have great abilities to customize the platform to our companies brand and culture. They're always sending resources about new and improved tweaks to the platform and what's on the horizon which is admirable that they're always changing with the times. Cons The ability to do things on your own instead of submit a case. We do a lot of specific static pages and approval centers that we'd love to have the ability to update or change on the fly without having to rely on Achievers to do it through a case. Pros I like that it fosters positive reinforcement with incentives. It's also really nice that those reinforcements are public and can be boosted by others. Cons I don't like being reminded constantly to give points out, so the emails really can get a bit old, but I understand the why. There is an option to unsubscribe, but it doesn't give options as to what you're unsubscribing to (weekly updates, reminders to spend...etc). Its just marketing generically. The gifts cards are also e-gift cards so in about an hour you receive the card. Cons Having to use points to pay for the extra fees or tax, used to be an even amount but now it is a little over.
