Cons

The current setup with my employer limits how much we can share monthly (less points for non-people leaders), which makes recognition tough if you have more than 3 people to recognize.

Pros

I have really enjoyed the platform. It allows me to share the great work our teams do in a centralized platform. I also like that it reminds me of birthdays and anniversaries.

Cons

That birthdays and anniversaries are voluntary, so I have to create my own cards when the person hasn't opted in. I also wish I could share my points with others.

Very easy interface and simple to understand. You do not need a tutorial on how to navigate or use the site.

Pros

Very easy to use and recognize our co-workers. We use if often and it is great to see our team mates' achievements.

Cons

Not much to complain about! It would be great to default to the point level you have when lokoing to redeem.

Pros

I love this program because it keeps me engaged. I love being able to give my coworkers props for doing a great job. I enjoy being recognized for my hard work and my birthday.

Cons

I dislike not having notifications via email or phone. Maybe I just need to double check my settings and inbox.

We are now starting to use the platform even more and the integration with our company's internal process and shop portal has created a large increase/uptake to recognise each other across the team.

Pros

A great way to share your appreciation with the team. Now it is linked to the company portal the team are more engaged to earn rewards.

Cons

Sometimes the allocation of rewards is required unevenly across the months, so would be good to an option to use the allocation quarterly rather than monthly

Achievers is a great platform for overseas reach, peer encouragement and motivation.

Pros

Users have an external platform to engage with colleagues overseas. It is a unique, fun way to spread kindness, appreciation and acknowledgement in the workplace. Achievers gives a peak at the scope of work done by peers and encourages others around to aim high.

Cons

X-amount of recognitions and boosts should qualify someone to go under review for an Mahalo Aloha, Bravo Zulu or Better Way Award. Then the management can review the pool for approval.

Pros

I like how easy it is to send recognition to team members. I also enjoy the feature to see others within my department and follow team members - it's really nice to be able to follow someone's achievements even though you may no longer work on the same team with them.

Cons

I wish there were more preloaded gif options when recognizing people.

I think it's a powerful tool to express our gratitude to the team we work with. I've recently noticed an improvement in the exchange and delivery of electronic certificates, which has made the experience simpler and more intuitive. Using illustrations such as images or GIFs in the recognitions allows us to personalize what we want to express. It´s been a great experience to feel recognized by others and understand the value and impact of your everyday activities.

Pros

I like that it allows the opportunity to recognize other people achievements, and reinforce social networking within GM. I really like that the app allows us to share the recognitions we receive with Workday, which helps us strengthen our resumes and support periodic performance evaluations.

Cons

I wish there were a way to strengthen the culture of recognition between regions. i.e., USA to Mexico, PATAC to Mexico, and viceversa. I think this would help strengthen ties and collaboration between GM teams from different regions.

I've been able to get some items easily from Achievers, recognition is very easy and shipping and delivery of items has always gone super well. I just wish there were more options I could spend my points on.

Pros

Fast shipping and delivery of items on the store, and the recognition process is pretty straightforward

Cons

The store is super limited, with a lack of gaming items, current electronics and media like Blu-Ray and 4K movies. It's hard to find items to spend my points on, and not being able to redeem for gift cards is really frustrating.

Overall it is a good program and the rewards come without issue. Definitely more positives than negatives

Pros

I like the selection available and the ability to hold onto points to use at a later time. I also like the ability to be able to give points to others.

Cons

One one thing I don't like is how the value of what you can get with the points changes with the change in the dollar. It would be much nicer if point totals for getting items was the same in the United States is it is in Canada. Having items at 346 points or 691 points instead of have 250 or 500 points to get items can be a bit annoying, and to have those numbers change daily so that one day you could get an item but next day you can't based on the value of the dollar is a but frustrating.

I would like there to be even more options when it comes to the stores. The options are good, but more restaurants and popular online stores like Temu or Shein.

I love it; it's one of the easiest platforms to use, and it feels good to be able to share recognition. This is completely extra, so it needs to be fast, which it is, which is why I utilize it.

Pros

The simplicity of use - I can easily use this to recognize coworkers. It's simple, fast, and make a meaningful impact. I'm glad my workplace utilizes this, it's a game-changer for me.

Cons

I liked the old format more than the new sidebar format for submitting recognition. I wish it was just a single page where I could see each step laid out (like the old way), rather than stages of the submission through the sidebar. At least that's just me!

Poor, and now I have to come up with at least 36 more characters.

Pros

Not much. Rarely do we get "points" for gift redemption and then we are told that we must use all of our points by the end of the year or lose them, so we have to cash them out of crappy gift cards.

We have to use all points by end of year or lose them.

It’s easy to use, feels like a social feed, and can turn quite addictive in the best way. Achievers can help us build a culture where appreciation isn’t just an afterthought but a part of our workflow. Highly recommend if you want to boost morale and connection without forcing it.

The opportunity to recognize in a different way, using GIFs and more, instead of a post-it or an email.

Cons

That we can't give points to co-workers; it looks like that option is saved exclusively for leaders; maybe to keep control of these.

I am very satisfied I have no issues - I would recommend all companies use Achievers for employee recognition.

Pros

This is just away of showing appreciation on ones normal job description. The team will know that their support hard work and dedication is a collaborative effort and not over looked. The Kudos is an extra bonus that provides the staff with rewards or gift cards to use instead of money, this is also helpful. Right now with the economy the coast of everything has gone up every penny helps a gift card is the same value as money just used at one location. This gives our management the opportunity's to highly employees.

Cons

I haven't had any issues with achievers customer support and is easy to use and offers support if required.

Overall good. The system does seem kind of sluggish when using the search function.

Pros

The ease of use of the system. Its nice that you can incorporate GIFs into your recognitions making them more personal.

Cons

People search function does work well. You have to type in an entire name to get the right person. Also having pictures mandatory would make it easier to identify the person you're recognizing. Adding analytics back to see team performance for everyone would be nice as well.
