Pros I like that it acknowledges different types of help and recognition. Having an overall recognition option, as well as a points-based recognition with different tiers of contribution, allows for each one to be completely personalized. The community gets to come together to celebrate an achievement on a platform versus individually, and that can be very inspiring. Cons Sometimes, the GIFs or images you want to add to the recognitions don't load or don't come through, which can be frustrating. Review Source JS Josh S. Pros there is a wide variety of stuff to choose from in the catalog, even things to do if you have a trip planned or something Cons catalog is hard to navigate, lot ofunecessary duplication, i.e. gift cards being a different item for each amount, why not just have it as one gift card and you select the amount before checkout? also, just a lot of junk or overpriced things. for example, amazon firestick costs approximately $20 but on here it is the equivalent of almost $30. the amount of points it takes to get a gift keeps going up every time I go to get something. like they keep adding on fees with no explanation of something. another issue is that it take forever to load when going through the steps to recognize someone. which is compounded by the fact that you have to go through 7-8 steps to send someone points. Cons Missing the following: 1)Link to a Recommendation Post which I can share with others through email/Teams, though option to CC a Reco mitigates it to some extent. 2)Its not possible to see last month's Team's report without manually selecting the month and year, which is very cumbersome. 3)The Rackers pics on summary digest email are not updated. Had raised a query to support for it but did not get any response. It's been a helpful tool to reward positive behavior, create personal exposure, and even point to when someone is being considered for a promotion. Being able to add custom banners and gifs also makes the platform really fun and personal. Cons I hate the new Activity view when you're looking at someone's profile because you have to click around too much to see the actual comments/notes of recognition someone received. Those points usually go towards Amazon gift cards, which I use all too often. Pros What I like the most about Achievers is that it's so darn easy. I show up to work, do what I love, and my management recognizes me with Kudo points so I can make my selections on Achievers. Cons I can not say that there is anything that I do not like about Achievers. If you are even a little comfortable with computers, the website is easy to use. I have no complaints with the system, and it is significantly better than the previous paper system I had been using for giving an receiving recognition prior to transitioning to Achievers. Pros My company uses Achievers as a form of giving and receiving recognition. Additionally, there are rewards that recognition points that can be redeemed for numerous prizes. There is an massive prize catalog that includes rewards such as home goods, gift cards, and more. Cons For me personally, it is quite hard to put a finger on anything I don't care for on Achievers. Achievers provide a long-term ability to encourage collaboration and competition in a positive atmosphere improving the motivation of individuals and enhancing the overall productivity of teams which has a positive effect on the members we serve. Pros I do like getting recognized for my hard work and helping my friends and co workers succeed. It makes sense to me that we should get something for our efforts more than a pat on the back. Cons not a lot of options to save up for larger items. It seems impossible to get larger ticket items. I also spent my rewards and then got more so I had to buy some smaller items last minute last year so it would have been better to have waited till the last minute to spend them all at once, so it was a little frustrating. Easy to reach the filters to see the people on your organization, place and roll. Also, you can send a congrats cards on celebrations. Pros The way to send a recognition to my coworkers. The interface is friendly to do this process easy. Cons Sometimes when i try to send, when i attach a img or gif the page get frezze. I have been to refresh the page and write my recognition again. There are a ton of rewards and it has definitely encouraged me to more frequently recognize my teammates. Pros I love that Achievers incentivises us to recognize our colleagues. It fosters a culture of comradery and support! Plus, it's an awesome perk to be able to earn rewards! Cons The marketplace does not always have the newest products, nor does it always capture fair market value. A reward I wanted on the marketplace was 1,100 points, yet available on Amazon for $450.
