Easy to reach the filters to see the people on your organization, place and roll. Also, you can send a congrats cards on celebrations. Pros The way to send a recognition to my coworkers. The interface is friendly to do this process easy. Cons Sometimes when i try to send, when i attach a img or gif the page get frezze. I have been to refresh the page and write my recognition again. Pros This is just away of showing appreciation on ones normal job description. The team will know that their support hard work and dedication is a collaborative effort and not over looked. The Kudos is an extra bonus that provides the staff with rewards or gift cards to use instead of money, this is also helpful. Right now with the economy the coast of everything has gone up every penny helps a gift card is the same value as money just used at one location. This gives our management the opportunity's to highly employees. Cons I haven't had any issues with achievers customer support and is easy to use and offers support if required. I like being able to then use my hardwork for prizes and gift cards. Pros I like that it promotes employees to recognize each others efforts in a way that is really appreciated. Pros there is a wide variety of stuff to choose from in the catalog, even things to do if you have a trip planned or something Cons catalog is hard to navigate, lot ofunecessary duplication, i.e. gift cards being a different item for each amount, why not just have it as one gift card and you select the amount before checkout? also, just a lot of junk or overpriced things. for example, amazon firestick costs approximately $20 but on here it is the equivalent of almost $30. the amount of points it takes to get a gift keeps going up every time I go to get something. like they keep adding on fees with no explanation of something. another issue is that it take forever to load when going through the steps to recognize someone. which is compounded by the fact that you have to go through 7-8 steps to send someone points. Pros I do like getting recognized for my hard work and helping my friends and co workers succeed. It makes sense to me that we should get something for our efforts more than a pat on the back. Cons not a lot of options to save up for larger items. It seems impossible to get larger ticket items. I also spent my rewards and then got more so I had to buy some smaller items last minute last year so it would have been better to have waited till the last minute to spend them all at once, so it was a little frustrating. Turnaround times when reaching the customer service team. Cons I only have one suggestion which is specific to the catalog. My only comment that has come to me from employees would be to allow them to pay the difference for an item. Highlighting the efforts that someone has invested in a project couldn't be easier now. It really contribute to a more healthy working culture. Cons No clear expiry date for earned points. Like, am I going to keep my points forever, or it would be lost after X amount of years? Also, I don't like the lack of copy/paste capability on the mobile app. I cannot count the times where I've written a large comment and wanted to do a grammar cross checking on a different app only to realize that I cannot copy my comment during writing it in the Achievers mobile app. One final note; The redeem experience could be better. I've only tried to redeem a voucher once at a well known tech supplies shop at Jordan. The experience wasn't seamless. Cons I can not say that there is anything that I do not like about Achievers. If you are even a little comfortable with computers, the website is easy to use.
