These simple boosts brighten the workday to send or receive. An excellent tool for the workplace! Pros Achievers is an excellent tool to provide a means of recognition and praise for colleagues. This can range from the ordinary such as a birthday, work anniversary, or retirement to commendations for helping colleagues with their work achievements, coaching or any value that would generally be 'unsung'. Cons I don't have any negative commentary about Achievers, it's a good means of boosting morale. It is a wonderful benefit that all team members should use. I recently used some of my points to buy a computer monitor! Pros The Achievers site is very easy to use and has a plethora of different items to redeem. I really like the Amazon gift cards. We find the silliest gif's to send to each other and that makes it fun as well. Highly recommend this program. Pros I like that you can recognize your teammates. I am often showing my teammates how to use it as well. I like that we get emails reminding us about b-days or work anniversary's coming up. Cons I just wish more people used it. Cons 1\. user logs out is very fast, around 10 mins and the system logs out. this is specially insane if someone is in middle of writing a review and the system logs out, because it think there is no user activity. 2. gifs and pictures to recognize is limited. need to add much more that just some picture. you can also add some recommendation on how to review etc. Review Source JC Joung C. People may feel pressured to achieve more or perform better than before. As a result, individuals often find themselves striving harder to meet these new demands. Turnaround times when reaching the customer service team. Cons I only have one suggestion which is specific to the catalog. My only comment that has come to me from employees would be to allow them to pay the difference for an item. March 23, 2025 4.0 I really like this program and will recommend using it wherever workplace I go to. Pros It really has improved the level of connection among the colleagues. Highlighting the efforts that someone has invested in a project couldn't be easier now. It really contribute to a more healthy working culture. Cons No clear expiry date for earned points. Like, am I going to keep my points forever, or it would be lost after X amount of years? Also, I don't like the lack of copy/paste capability on the mobile app. I cannot count the times where I've written a large comment and wanted to do a grammar cross checking on a different app only to realize that I cannot copy my comment during writing it in the Achievers mobile app. One final note; The redeem experience could be better. I've only tried to redeem a voucher once at a well known tech supplies shop at Jordan. The experience wasn't seamless.
