Easy to navigate the site to share recognition to teams and super easy to use when receiving a recognition. Pros Great way to acknowledge and support your team members! Easy and quick to access with notifications by email. And of course it's GREAT to receive Kudos! Cons No cons, they've updated the ability to add emoji's with the wording. Other than the comment above I can't think of much to complain about. Pros I think that the platform is really good. I like how easy it is to go in and create a shout out recognition. I like the rewards for gift cards that are offered and how easy it is to redeem them. I also like that you can sort views by departments. Cons I don't like when the vendors of the cards add costs/charges to the redemption. They already get free advertising and then they charge back for us to spend it. I like that the store has a lot of items avail plus gift cards. Cons It used to be the time it took to get the gift card but that has been streamlined! There are a ton of rewards and it has definitely encouraged me to more frequently recognize my teammates. Pros I love that Achievers incentivises us to recognize our colleagues. It fosters a culture of comradery and support! Plus, it's an awesome perk to be able to earn rewards! Cons The marketplace does not always have the newest products, nor does it always capture fair market value. A reward I wanted on the marketplace was 1,100 points, yet available on Amazon for $450. Our contract signing got delay due to the pandemic but Achievers stuck with us when we didn't have great answers to timing as we navigated the unknown of 2020. From there it continues to be amazing. They've provided our organization a recognition platform that is easy to use and has provided us great retention and engagement results. Pros Achievers is postively amazing to work with - from account support to an easy and fun platform for associates to use to top notch thought leadership - we couldn't ask for more! I can easily access the site from anywhere. The options are endless and the quality of everything purchased has been great. Pros This is a user-friendly site. The site is very easy to access. I've yet to see the site down at any time for maintenance which means someone doing a great job in ensuring that the site stays updated. Cons When ordering there is approx. 24 hour delay in receiving electronic gift cards. I am often showing my teammates how to use it as well. I like that we get emails reminding us about b-days or work anniversary's coming up. Cons I just wish more people used it. I appreciate we have a system like this set up at our company. It runs smoothly. Pros I appreciate that when I leave a kudo, compliment or a thank you, the person's manager is notified. And I like that I can include others who can help validate or provide additional witness of their talents and hard work. It not only buoys them up, but also allows me a way to express heart-felt gratitude. Cons I wish everyone had points to allocate to others. It's nice that I can say nice things. But I'd like to be able to maybe even transfer some of my kudos points to people I appreciate. Also, sometimes some of the things I want to trade my points in for are so astronomically out of range for me.
