I have really enjoyed my experience with this platform. All of the products and gift cards I have ordered were very easy to order and came very quickly!

Pros

I think this platform is amazing! I love how you can see recognitions in real time. I enjoy the follow feature so I can see my co-workers and people I follow top in my feed.

Cons

I do miss the feature where you could see who was recognized the most and who sent the most recognitions monthly by location.

I have had a great experience with it. It provides motivation, a sense of achievement when recogized and nice to feel appreciated or to send appreciation for others.

Pros

The recognitition it provides to those who put in the effort. Great morale booster for employees when they are striving to do a great job. Also, the added bonus of rewards for a tangible recognition of their efforts.

Cons

I wish more points could be given to teammates per quarter to assign to other teammates. I often find myself running out of points early.

My company uses Achievers as part of its employee recognition program. Supervisors and above get a certain number of points each month to share with others who have made contributions or for their recognition.

Pros

It makes it easy to recognize colleagues and show appreciation to one another.

Cons

What I least like about achievers is that staff who are below supervisor level do not get any points to distribute.

Pros

I love the variety of Gift cards . I really appreciated how Achievers made recognition easy and consistent. It created a positive culture where people felt valued and motivated. The platform is user-friendly, and being able to publicly recognize teammates for their hard work helped build stronger connections and boosted morale across the team.

Cons

At times, the point redemption options felt a bit limited, especially for certain reward categories. It would be great to see a wider variety of choices or more region-specific options. Also, occasional delays in point updates or recognition visibility made it a little difficult to track acknowledgments in real time.

Cons

Would be cool if it had Team integration. Imagine messaging someone and seeing an icon on their pic meaning it's their birthday or work anniversary! Or an automated chat message in a group chat when they are recognized and then we can boost directly from chat!

Overall satisfied with the platform and it's a good reminder to spend focus time recognizing team members for the great work they do. Social aspect is engaging. Satisfied with the diversity of rewards.

Pros

Social, yet structured way to recognize the achievements of others. I feel the gamification aspect is effective at keeping teams engaged.

Cons

The recent updates have made it difficult to input recognition vs the previous views. When entering in comments/selecting categories/people (laggy) it's a little hard to see as you only use 1/3rd of the screen.

I really like the GIFs! They're fun and make recognition more engaging. I also love the store where I can redeem points for gift cards or gifts. It's a great way to stay motivated. Seeing coworkers get recognized and birthdays being celebrated adds a personal and uplifting touch to the platform.

Cons

Sometimes the notifications can be a little overwhelming or repetitive, especially during busy days.

I love the user-friendly interface and real-time recognition features. The variety of acknowledgment options like with points, without points etc and insightful reporting tools greatly enhance our ability to celebrate team achievements and boost engagement.

Cons

One area for improvement is the limited customization in terms of including all team members or saving template i.e. notified members options for recognition templates, which can make it challenging to tailor acknowledgments to individual preferences.

Pros

Achievers is an excellent tool to provide a means of recognition and praise for colleagues. This can range from the ordinary such as a birthday, work anniversary, or retirement to commendations for helping colleagues with their work achievements, coaching or any value that would generally be 'unsung'.

Cons

I don't have any negative commentary about Achievers, it's a good means of boosting morale. It's not a mandatory tool, however I would never think it should be either, yet I think it would be beneficial if used more.

Pros

We have been using this as accolade program in our company. I really like the overall experience, interface and feed. This keeps us reminding about birthdays and anniversaries, so we don't forget to wish. This is Amazing.

Cons

I think, there should be some more merchandise in marketplace. I see a lot of brands are missing as far as gift vouchers are concerned, like lifestyle.

My experience with Achievers is good. It does exactly what it is supposed to and it is user friendly.

Pros

Easy to use and recognize coworkers for good work and help them get rewarded. Catalog is easy to use to get products or gift cards, e-gift cards get delivered within minutes via email which is great.

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say about the product. Everything works as expected.
