Some of the products available seem like they shouldn't be as many points to get, but I guess it's nice anyway. Sometimes it makes me think I would just rather have points that accumulate to a cash bonus rather than points to redeem products or gift cards I do not know how to use/activate from my email. Pros I guess that there is a wide variety of products to choose from. Cons new that there is an expiration of points every year, so now, realistically, many rewards to choose from are unattainable in a years' time. I also don't like that I can't get a gift card just mailed to me to have an actual card. I do not even know how to use that cards that have been redeemed and emailed to me. Review Source JH Jane H. It makes giving and receiving recognition simple and meaningful, I would love for the rewards to be sent in a short period of time. Pros I really like that it's easy to recognize and reward colleagues through Spotlight. The platform is user-friendly and promotes a positive culture at work. I like that we can use any GIFs, or something fun to the feedbacks. Cons One downside is that the rewards catalog could have a wider variety of options, especially for local or regional offerings. The other one is that it takes so long for the reward to be sent, even if it's a gift card. Pros I like the flexibility to use the points in many different products, experiences or even the electronic card, to use it in any other online shopping. Cons Nothing bad about the achiever's program, just about some products. In my region, some gift cards take some time to be received, even if they are electronic gift cards. All the rewards to claim in the system to be pretty much non-sale prices type options, so I just get the VISA card, which takes a %haircut but still allows me to get things that are not available on the achievers' catalog or get the same thing for less overall 'cost'. Pros I love being able to recognize co-workers and team members for the great things they are doing. Achievers makes those recognitions meaningful. I also appreciate that I can receive 'points' and claim them for a visa cash card if I don't see something I want in the 'achievers' store. Cons Recently the layout changes to Achievers has made the system more cumbersome to see things like how many points I have to give, how many points I have myself, etc. So those things are challenging. Because some of my team is in MX it adjusts the points that I give based on cost of living there, which is GREAT, but it is frustrating to me when I have leftover points that are below the 'boost' or 'recognize with points' lower limit so I can't use the points and they just go to waste.
