March 17, 2025 5.0 Pros I like being able to recognize coworkers (individually or as a group) for their accomplishments and I also enjoy being recognized. It's a nice surprise whenever I get a recognition for myself. Cons Levels below a director are not able to give points with the recognitions anymore. When rewards are redeemed taxes are taken out of my paycheck. In my opinion, the company should absorb those tax fees, not the employees. The thing I don't like the most is that all points have to be used by the end of the year now or we lose them. I have never worked at a place that shared a platform like this where there is incentives and its really nice. Pros the recognition of the hard work and how appreciation can be shown. I enjoy the fact that this is a separate platform within the workspace i love the fact we can put gifs as well because alot of us like to use those. Appreciate the Birthday tracking and accomplishments section. I haven't been able to dig to deep into it, but being notified when certain people that you follow is a nice feature. Pros I enjoy the different options that can be added to the recognitions to make them unique such as uploading gifs or something custom from my pc. Cons The recent change to the new layout is somewhat confusing. May just need some time to get use to it, but it feels more difficult to add additional people to the list of people to see the recognition and also recognizing bigger groups of people. The only improvement I'd suggest is making it easier to view all the recognitions an individual team member has received--having a more user-friendly dashboard for that would enhance the experience even more. This enables managers to see an individual's hard work when they otherwise would not have. Pros It is easy to use and a great way to recognize co workers! Recognition promotes better working relationships. Pros Overall, I'm a promoter of the Achievers platform! It's great to receive recognition and the added bonus of gifts. Plus the ability to reciprocate the recognition to my peers which fosters better teamwork. Cons Some of the navigation could be improved. Needs to be more intuitive. In some instances, I only have a few minutes to spend on the platform, but it will take me a bit more time to find what I'm looking for. Maybe each user should have an "inbox" where the alerts are tied to my direct team, my overarching business org, and my favorites or colleagues that I choose to "follow". Just a few suggestions. Pros I like that I have agency over the items I spend my points on instead of having a catalogue like most workplaces that you pick a stock item that I definitely don't need. Cons Ability to earn reward points is somewhat reliant on leadership and ELEVATE, which creates a type of gatekeeping effect where only people who have time to participate can earn the rewards - which is not consistent across the enterprise. I tend not to order physical objects, because most of them are over-valued as far as points are concerned. Pros How quickly the e-gift cards arrive, after you order them. I like that there are e-gift cards for a wide variety of restaurants. Cons lack of PHYSICAL gift card variety. I like to give them as gifts, and, there aren't many to choose from.
