Pros I like that I have agency over the items I spend my points on instead of having a catalogue like most workplaces that you pick a stock item that I definitely don't need. Cons Ability to earn reward points is somewhat reliant on leadership and ELEVATE, which creates a type of gatekeeping effect where only people who have time to participate can earn the rewards - which is not consistent across the enterprise. Pros I love the whole concept of this program - it's such a great way to ensure teammates are getting the recognition they deserve. Plus, the bonus of earning points and getting to select rewards is a big motivation to actually use the program consistently. Cons As a newer employee, I almost never know who the people are on my feed. I'd find it really helpful if more information about the employee was included in a subtitle-text, or upon hovering over them. However, there are areas where the platform could be improved, particularly in terms of reporting and navigation. Pros Achievers excels at facilitating Racker-to-Racker recognition. The platform makes it easy to acknowledge colleagues for their contributions, both big and small, which helps foster a positive work environment and recognition culture. Cons I find the reporting features to be complex and not as user-friendly as I would like. Generating and customizing reports is cumbersome. Navigation within the platform can sometimes be challenging. It is not always be intuitive to locate specific features or settings. The timeout settings when doing a big recognitions is frustrating. I appreciate the integrations with Teams and instant notifications as well as the opportunity to cash out points for gift cards. It's a great place to leave recognition for team members that is public. Pros I really enjoy that it's like a social media feed to see everyone's recognition and makes recognizing others fun with notifications that go out organization-wide. Pros I really like the clean interface and the form for entering a recognition for another person. The redemption of points process is very straightforward and quick delivery. Cons I wish it was easier to see past received recognitions/points balances. If there is a method, it is not intuitive how to do so. Pros I like the flexibility to use the points in many different products, experiences or even the electronic card, to use it in any other online shopping. Cons Nothing bad about the achiever's program, just about some products. In my region, some gift cards take some time to be received, even if they are electronic gift cards. All the rewards to claim in the system to be pretty much non-sale prices type options, so I just get the VISA card, which takes a %haircut but still allows me to get things that are not available on the achievers' catalog or get the same thing for less overall 'cost'. Pros I love being able to recognize co-workers and team members for the great things they are doing. Achievers makes those recognitions meaningful. I also appreciate that I can receive 'points' and claim them for a visa cash card if I don't see something I want in the 'achievers' store. Cons Recently the layout changes to Achievers has made the system more cumbersome to see things like how many points I have to give, how many points I have myself, etc. So those things are challenging. Because some of my team is in MX it adjusts the points that I give based on cost of living there, which is GREAT, but it is frustrating to me when I have leftover points that are below the 'boost' or 'recognize with points' lower limit so I can't use the points and they just go to waste. It has gamification and nice to rewards colleagues with spotlight points for kudos, achievements and milestonrs. Cons Points valuation has increased. Now it takes 2344 points instead of 2000 points making it difficult to avail products. Also they should expand to other categories like travel booking websites, hotels and other clothes stores. That usually happens at the end of a quarter or fiscal year, like a seasonal thank-you message. I think I would use it more if it were part of regular daily communication. Pros I like that we can earn points and turn them into real rewards. It makes recognition feel more meaningful. Getting something tangible for good work is motivating and helps build a positive culture across the team. Cons I usually use Achievers only when I receive a recognition. It’s a nice platform, but I don’t open it often unless I get a notification. It works as intended I suppose but it is fine. Pros its easy to use, I do like being able to cash out amazon reward gift cards. It also reminds me of events and personal birthdays or anniversary of my team members . Cons I miss our paper rewords and verbal recognitions. Our system also allows for us to tag a coworker's manager when we write a review. This gives additional visibility when someone is doing a great job. Cons I don't really have anything negative to say about the Achievers program. What's not to like about receiving free goods every once in awhile?
