It has gamification and nice to rewards colleagues with spotlight points for kudos, achievements and milestonrs. Cons Points valuation has increased. Now it takes 2344 points instead of 2000 points making it difficult to avail products. Also they should expand to other categories like travel booking websites, hotels and other clothes stores. I love that there's one central place to celebrate successes, milestones, and even birthdays. Pros I love the whole concept of this program - it's such a great way to ensure teammates are getting the recognition they deserve. Plus, the bonus of earning points and getting to select rewards is a big motivation to actually use the program consistently. Cons As a newer employee, I almost never know who the people are on my feed. I'd find it really helpful if more information about the employee was included in a subtitle-text, or upon hovering over them. Pros I like that we can earn points and turn them into real rewards. It makes recognition feel more meaningful. Getting something tangible for good work is motivating and helps build a positive culture across the team. Cons I usually use Achievers only when I receive a recognition. It’s a nice platform, but I don’t open it often unless I get a notification. Cons With the new interface I have seen many people mistakenly recognize the wrong person, specially when checking a box on the recognition menu, which sends it to everyone with a common name. I also do not always receive updates on people rewarding me (which can make me seem ungrateful). That is FAR from the truth/case! Cons I find the reporting features to be complex and not as user-friendly as I would like. Generating and customizing reports is cumbersome. Navigation within the platform can sometimes be challenging. It is not always be intuitive to locate specific features or settings. The timeout settings when doing a big recognitions is frustrating. Cons I wish there was a more robust selection of GIFs and images to use and the ability to bring up emojis as an option to insert into text.
