I sent a thank you email to one of my colleagues and did not get a response. However, when people get Bloxstar points, they always respond. Pros I love being able to send my colleagues a small gift to show my appreciation for the things they do. Little things mean a lot. Cons The "create recognition" button was not available for some time and it was irritating. I had to create a support ticket. Nobody followed up with me for a week so I asked again. The tier system sometimes makes it difficult to use points for the items I’m most interested in as well as making it difficult to utilize all of my points if one of the products leave points remaining, but not enough points to get anything else. Still, the benefits of increased recognition and team morale outweigh the drawbacks. Achievers has been a valuable tool for fostering a culture of appreciation in our workplace. Pros I love how Achievers makes it easy to recognize peers in a meaningful, engaging, and consistent way. The only improvement I'd suggest is making it easier to view all the recognitions an individual team member has received--having a more user-friendly dashboard for that would enhance the experience even more. Please add more GF's as they are very limited. Pros I think it is nice to have some way of letting people know that we care about them. Most of the GFS are great and are funny. Cons I don't always get notifications of team members' successes. There needs to be more GF's as there is not enough to always express the sentiment you are trying to put across. March 17, 2025 5.0 Pros I like being able to recognize coworkers (individually or as a group) for their accomplishments and I also enjoy being recognized. It's a nice surprise whenever I get a recognition for myself. Cons Levels below a director are not able to give points with the recognitions anymore. When rewards are redeemed taxes are taken out of my paycheck. In my opinion, the company should absorb those tax fees, not the employees. The thing I don't like the most is that all points have to be used by the end of the year now or we lose them. Appreciate the Birthday tracking and accomplishments section. I haven't been able to dig to deep into it, but being notified when certain people that you follow is a nice feature. Pros I enjoy the different options that can be added to the recognitions to make them unique such as uploading gifs or something custom from my pc. Cons The recent change to the new layout is somewhat confusing. May just need some time to get use to it, but it feels more difficult to add additional people to the list of people to see the recognition and also recognizing bigger groups of people. It is a great way to give thanks. Cons You can only give/receive in 250, 500 and 750. I think it would be better if you were able to pick anything up to 750. I even had a time last year that I had not received a gift card that was issued to be because I moved, and even though it had been months, I had just reached out to the customer service and they were able to send me a new card with no problem Pros I really enjoy this program. It's great for recognition for hard work and incentive to keep producing. Cons My experience has been really good so I can't complain about anything that I like the least.
