Pros: The greatest asset of FFM is being able to see at a glance where your workforce is at any point in time. It's been great to have a special call come in and see there's 2 techs nearby to dispatch. Also works fairly well if you have employees doing things on company time (saying they're in one place instead of another) or wondering why they no-showed appointments.

Support is great and software is fairly easy to use.

Cons: The only real downside is cost. It's expensive software and in the age of mobile phones - it doesn't quite work as well as it should. There's some cheaper alternatives and on top of that, some are free and have both web/mobile based sites.

Pros: For many years we have had various verizon products - cell and land line - and the customer service is always top notch. Their handling of the business customers is where they shine. Running a service business with dispatching capabilities and being able to see technicians locations in real time are handled well with this program.

Cons: As with most technology and applications, there are many "free" versions of this type of product that can be used in a lot of the same manners. I think it really depends on the size of your company - larger companies will benefit better from a solid product like this.

Pros: The biggest plus of this program is being able to keep track of your fleet and employees, so that when an emergency call comes in...you can see who is available and close. That makes it worth it right there.

Cons: With all the new smart phone technology, pay software is becoming obsolete. There are cheaper alternatives, but not normally as good.

Pros: The biggest "Pro" I have heard from my clients is that they are able to really keep "tabs" on where their employees are and what they're doing.

Cons: The software is becoming outdated with all of the new apps on mobile devices. Field Force Manager needs to step up to stay competitive.
