It is so user friendly. The staff are very helpful when you contact them. It is continually being upgraded to improve its already faultless performance. I use it on the iPad with ease and also my Windows phone, occasionally on the Laptop. Very versatile and easy to use. Would highly recommend this system to anyone, big or small, IT literate or not. It is flexible, quick and easy to use. My time used to be taken up making invoices out for clients, with the usual occasional inaccuracies of repetitive work. Now the booking confirmations and invoices combined are all automatically generated and I don't need to worry any more. Less paperwork to do and really easy to see bookings and all relative data about clients and their cats at the touch of a button. She always responds within a few hours and remembers our past correspondence which is huge to me. Excellent customer service. The software itself is easy, clean, and petty fun to use. Almost everything I can think of the developers already thought of it and have given me the option to do it. For the price, it's by far the most complete kennel software out there. No manipulative practices with taking your credit card then you had to call to cancel that we're all used to. The system is simple and you can add as much detail as you like or keep things very simple to make a reservation. I was amazed how quickly they got back to me with a simple question and it was with a REAL response not some rote response that was totally unhelpful. Gave one star off for Ease of Use due to some extra time and finagling to figure out some of the finance and pricing and application in those areas, but it wasn't impossible or overly difficult to figure out. Powerful program, obviously created and programmed by people familiar with this business and what is useful for daily operations. Love the scheduling module, that is what really sold me on it! After trialing almost every program out there, we found Revelation to be the very, very best for our needs. As Revelation is a web-based program, we can access all of our reservations, client information, and send confirmation emails from our smart devices. This is a great feature, as it means we aren't tied to an office when we want to do paperwork. We can't thank Revelation enough for helping us keep our days organized - we'd be lost without them. I tried Paw Loyalty initially but it was not user friendly, and not device responsive either. Revelation Pets, is so easy, intuitive and aesthetically pleasing to use, you don't need "Specialty Training" and you can toss away the need to keep scribbled notes to update later. This system helps us to easily track our bookings and customers really find the automatic email reminders very useful. We have even been able to tailor the timings of these reminders to tie in with our cancellation policy to give customers every opportunity to change their booking without penalty. Working with the Revelation Pets team has been fantastic. August 8, 2015 5.0 After testing out several software packages, I chose Revelation Pets because it was so easy to use and it is web based so I can access it anywhere on any device. The support I have received is excellent and the company actually listens and takes on board suggestions for improving the site. The only gripes I have are the calendar function and invoicing. I am still using an excel spreadsheet for my bookings because I can see the whole month and its easy to move bookings around. It is clear, easy to use and flexible to suit the number of kennels/varying prices and services which we offer. There are a few minor details which could be adjusted (such as how easy it is to accidentally change bookings irreversibly in calendar mode) but it's really great that the system is being continually improved according to user's suggestions, for example the new split runs feature - definitely no going back to a paper diary now! Although we are less than a month in we have had none of the previous issues and they have been very helpful and responsive with questions. We were concerned with a web based program about internet reliability but 3G/4G alleviates some of that. A few features don't carry over from the old program but they seem receptive to possibly adding them. Still learning all that it offers however. It is web-based, so is available for me to use when I am away from the cat hotel 3. It is clear and intuitive 4. This system is excellent, we sent a database of all of our current pets and customers and RevPets kindly imported them all for us. We have suggested several changes to the system in terms of functionality and features, and RevPets seem to genuinly take these into account having implemented a lot of what we have requested. March 20, 2015 4.0 Overall this software is very easy to figure out, even just playing around on it I was able to learn it. There were some areas that I thought would work better for us to be changed up, and they changed it for my company in a matter of about 24 hours. My only suggestion is to have an area for feeding information goes (\*not just if the dog has special dietary needs). The staff have found it easy to use and hopefully they will soon ditch their diary/paper card system that is running in parallel until they become more confident with Revelation Pets. The software has stopped double bookings which was a problem with the old system. The few issues I had initially were sorted in a timely manner from the Revelation Pets support team. I had a couple of queries and emailed support at 1800 on a Saturday night not expecting an answer till Monday, I had a response back within the hour and after a couple of emails back and forth a complete solution.
