Brought every new version up to the 9.8.3 version, have over 30 years of my records in the program then my computer crashed. there is no customer service available to help me recover all my information. Phone No. will not accept any messages, no email to communicate with, nothing. Very frustrating when you have a problem with a program you paid for and depend upon for your work and the developer will not respond. Think before you get locked in.
