The support is good and has a wide spectrum of users who provide a user network unlike any other LIMS that I have experienced. Good, Bad, or Ugly--Met/Cal is still a great ATE tool for technicians. Pros The versatility for automation of many types of calibration instruments. Cons The database (Met/Team) environment and its inflexibility for customizing. It facilitates the automation of calibration procedures, reducing the possibility of human errors. I have been using it for over 15 years (since V3) and it has allowed me to increase the efficiency of my Lab of industrial calibrations.
