Comments: We would, and have, recommended this software program and the company to many others in our industry....Thank you!

Pros: We love ResNexus Reservation Management Software for our small business in Asheville NC. The initial training period is well supported by their team which enabled us to become proficient very quickly. On-going ease of use and technical support is the best recommendation for a new user as well. We have found that the response from our Red Carpet Rep is fantastic....and no question is too small. We also love the regular updates which are always determined by listening to their customers. The initiation of their Guest "Feature Request" was inspired :))

Cons: Only real issue from time to time is "unhooking" the guest money if we are creating a special circumstance etc....understanding that the procedural policies of ResNexus are designed to protect us as well as our guests.

It was a good program, but I needed more that it offered.

Pros: Visually understandable, pretty easy to use. Easy to follow grid. Easy reports to produce. Good overall.

Cons: Did not provide certain things that I needed such as the tourism occupancy report and certain transactions.

Overall: It Made me appreciate other programs that are easier.

Comments: With ResNexus not taking the CVV security code, I have to contact every person for multiple properties to get it when they book online. This takes hours out of my schedule. Many other companies are lower in price and also have myallocator or a different channel manager built into their fees, with ResNexus it is additional. We have had more over the phone reservations this year because people can't differentiate which property is available or if it is booked. It would be nice for our potential guests to have the grid, because that is very easy to understand. Overall I have been happy but now that credit card processing companies are requiring the security codes, and ResNexus prices have gotten higher, I am switching companies.

Pros: I love the grid. The software is pretty easy to learn and navigate through. ResNexus has great customer service.

Cons: Customers don't understand the reservation calendar. ResNexus doesn't take the CVV codes. Expensive!

Great service and great product!! Not sure how we managed business before!!

Comments: Love it.!! Highly recommend to any B&B or in of any size.

Pros: Easy to use, secure, all in one product - -Can process retail sales, reservations, and manage housekeeping all in one simple and easy to use format

Cons: Wish there was an app for the system. You have to log in on line or from a mobile device to access the application.

Comments: Overall, very pleased with the ResNexus system. Would definitely recommend it!

Pros: The system is easy to use. It is very simple to teach it to new hires. Customer service is quick and professional.

Cons: The only con would be that it doesn't allow us to override a third party booking. If a booking.com reservation is a no show, the property should have access to cancel the entire stay.

Comments: Overall its a great system- Its all you need to run all/most aspects of your business. I.E. your reservation page and your website are linked, links to a solid credit card merchant, reservation software is fairly intuitive. However, you will drive yourself to the point of insanity trying to make changes, and other things that aren't straight forward. I.E. a one night reservation.- That being said, customer service is always there to help. I feel that the price, is not too expensive for only having to pay one company that can do so many things for your business. My only suggestion to them is to update the reservation system, making it more user friendly or idiot proof. I've only been using it for a few months. Maybe I'll get it down by the end of the year! !!!.

Pros: I like the look of the "grid" , making a reservation is fairly simple, ability to prepare taxes, and the link to the credit card system. Finally, the reservation page that links to your website that they create for you is the best part for me. Customer service is awesome, you always talk to live person. Very responsive. They will help the best they can in a timely manner.

Cons: If you have to change to a reservation, such as, add another night, or try to do a weekly rate, move to a different room, charge a monthly rate. Its nearly impossible. If you're trying to do an ongoing monthly rental- its difficult. You might as well shoot yourself now. It takes like 5 steps and doesn't work. The support team will eventually fix it, but you look like an idiot when you're trying to do this in front of a customer or on the phone. I'm not a computer programmer, but you would think you could click 7 days on the grid, hit "reservation" and it would populate a "weekly" rate. Not by hitting "accommodations", "remove" -(removing their original one, so if you f-up, hit "back", you try and find their original reservation, woops! its gone. You have to "remove" their original one in order to "add or change anything". So once your "remove" then you have to hit "rentals" then "weekly", then "search"- (for some crazy reason you have to "search" even though you know its available by looking at the "grid"- then when you hit "search" most the time it won't find the accommodation you're trying to book for them. So basically its a cluster. Giving discounts can also be a mess- there are different options but can be confusing.

Pros: The ability to intuitively understand what needs to happen next as you take reservations or address customer questions makes this a wonderful product. The ease in which you are able to customize reports, emails and gift cards is a further enhancement that should not be missed.

Cons: Being unable to view multiple screens at the same time when you are trying to research your productivity.

Overall: highly productive staff as the software is easy to us and very intuitive.

ResNexus is wonderful! Everything from fantastic support to the user friendly software.

Comments: In retirement, my husband and I purchased a building and renovated it into a B&B. While we were apprehensive about using a reservation system, a friend recommended ResNexus. Thank you, Customer support representative, for taking us under your wing and teaching the fledglings to fly! We are looking forward to opening soon and having up-to-the-minute tools and reports at our fingertips.

Comments: I must say that I'm new to the ResNexus realm, but already appreciate what if has to offer. I started my business 10 years ago doing reservations by hand with pencil/paper/calendar. A friend and I wrote a software system that worked great, but no on-line booking capability. I looked for years for a solution, and many years stuck with my own solution. I watched ResNexus over the years and they kept getting better.

Everything that I customized in my own system, they now have... plus things I could not figure out how to do. Nearly everything you need to do is in this system... maybe not the way you think it should be done, but the feature is there. (I still haven't found a dryer that will automatically fold things the way "I" want them folded!)

The setup process was easy and informational for me. Repeat guests of mine, that always had to phone to make reservations, have phoned to say they love the interface they have with the on-line booking engine.

Whenever I have had issues/questions, my support representative (Andrew Webb) has been phenomenal with responses. His answers have not always been to my liking, but he does understand my needs/wants and makes sure they are covered completely.

They appear to me to be a company that listens to their customers, and work to satisfy the business needs of their customers.

I HIGHLY recommend this product... learn it, use it, and grow!

So glad we upgraded to ResNexus

Comments: I've been using ResNexus for about a month and I am totally happy with the product. It's easy to learn, easy to transfer data from your old system, and easy to use. If you do need support help, you have your very own support person (thank you Andrew Webb) and you can call him on his direct line.
I love that confirmation letters go out automatically once a reservation has been made. The financial reports are instantaneous and accurate. And since everything is in the Cloud, you can log on to your business from any device that is internet enabled. But most of all, the experience is so much better on the guest side. It may be coincidence, but last month we doubled our sales from the previous year and bookings for this month. March, were already more on the first of the month, than we sold in all of March, last year. I think the reason for the upturn is that we present a much more professional face with ResNexus and that gives potential guests more confidence in booking with us.
Overall, I was hoping for an upgrade that would simplify my work, what I got was so much more.

Comments: Experience: We have been customers of resnexus since we opened our inn in 2009. Overall, their booking system works well, except adding special event dates and pricing is still cumbersome and time-consuming, and the clone feature doesn't do what we need. My BIG complaint has they had a software glitch that caused a customer to "sneak in" and book a two-night stay for our most expensive room on the busiest weekend of the year when we have a 3-night minimum. We asked them to make good by compensating us for the lost revenue, and after 8 years of being their customer, all they could manage to refund us was less amount. So petty and cheap, it makes me furious! We also didn't appreciate their price increase last year. They're grasping for every penny.

Pros: Many features that match the way in which we do bookings (e.g. you can set individual prices for rooms, extra persons, retail items, special event dates etc.) Good customer interface, though possibly a little confusing for some (i.e. customer selects first date and number of nights vs. just blocking out the dates you want on a calendar.)

Cons: 1. Cumbersome and time-consuming to set special rates for special dates, and minimum nights (e.g. if the special rate for a room and minimum nights are the same for a number of date ranges, you should be able to set them all at once and not have to do each one individually. They never got this deficiency fixed though I talked to them about it multiple times. Worst problem: they are a bunch of cheapskates, and their rates are expensive compared to other vendors of reservation software. See the main review above. They obviously don't value loyal customers. We'd switch to another company except that the functionality of resnexus still works the best for us.

However, the ResNexus online booking engine is a powerful tool to bring in more commission free reservations. For example, your ResNexus booking engine brought in reservations for your business while you were sleeping. Just with those after hour online reservations (10PM to 8 AM) the ResNexus software produced over a 3X return on your investment in 2016. Impressively, that revenue excludes all of the other online reservations your business took during the day. Nor does it include any of the phone reservations you managed with ResNexus during 2016. ResNexus realizes that every business must weigh the risk versus the reward of marketing channel technology. We would like to provide some clarification on the credit card declined reservation you have experienced. There are two different processes by which a guest's reservation can occur in ResNexus: 1. Directly through the ResNexus Online Booking Engine If a guest books directly through the ResNexus online booking engine our system performs a pre-verification process and declines the card if there are insufficient funds. The ResNexus online booking engine does not permit declined credit cards to finish the reservation. 2. Reservations passed on by a Marketing Channel or OTA Possible marketing channels you might use are Expedia, Booking.com, etc. When a reservation is made through a marketing channel or OTA, the channel collects all of the guest information, including the credit card information. However, depending on the marketing channel, the credit card pre-authorization may or may not occur. The marketing channel then pushes the guest information through the channel manager to ResNexus. For example, the scenario that you have commented on is much like an individual complaining about their cell phone manufacturer always dropping their calls when it is a complication of the carrier or service provider. The phone service provider (the marketing channel) collects the reservation information from the guest and then relays that information through the channel manager to ResNexus (the cell phone). ResNexus is the recipient of the information from those third party marketing channels. Again, we thank you for your business and encourage you to contact your marketing channel to see if pre-authorization is possible through them. We also recommend reviewing your emails from the marketing channel as they come in to see if the credit card has been declined.

Pros: Its flexibility and the outstanding design that blends perfectly and seamlessly with my website design.

Cons: I do nothing with Birthday/Anniversary information and I don't like being "forced" to have it on my listing. I think it creates an expectation of my guests that I don't fulfill and don't wish to fulfill. This kind of information is rather dated and should be optional to the innkeeper.

Overall: I resisted using a reservation software for much too long because I feared losing control and contact with potential guests. Finally, good innkeeper friends insisted I give Reservation Nexus a try and it was one of the smartest, most beneficial business decisions I have made for my two properties. There are so many possibilities with the software and so much innovation with the company. Finally, I cannot say enough positive things about ResNex customer service.

Comments: I have been using Resnexus for three years now and have found the tool to be very easy to use. When I had an issue with changing tax rates and my pricing for the new year I was able to chat and get a call back to work through a couple of things that didn't register. It was all user error but the support I have received from Resnexus has been outstanding!

Comments: I was very intimidated to go to online booking -- I'm older, and don't understand computers! I've been in business for nearly 30 years. But the staff set everything up for me and explained it well enough that even this "old lady" could understand. Now I can't believe I ever did bookings without it. Comments: What I value - we never have double-bookings, our records are organized, new POS system is promising, back-end system is easy to teach to new staff, it is easy to make edits/revisions/updates, robust reporting, minimum nights & more. I like the new marketing templates - hope to see more templates each year.

What I find distracting - the online booking system seems somewhat "clunky" or outdated for 2016. I frequently hear from our older guests that it was too difficult for them to figure out. A simpler, 3-step booking might bring a needed "refresh" for the mobile crowd.

Overall: Support is fantastic. Some features are nice to have, but weak in implementation. Email templates are hard to edit. For marketing mails, it is HTML, but you are lacking a WYSIWYG editor, and using an external editor is an effort in trial and error. It's a lot easier to just export the customer list and use something like constant contact or mail chimp. Missing the ability to have rooms split into sub-rooms. Our experience with the POS functionality would rate it as barely adequate. An awful lot of clicks to add a drink to a room. Much worse to just manage a bar tab for a non-guest. Guest lookup is harder than it should be; a pop up list of possible matches when you start typing would be awesome!

Comments: I always have support for my questions whenever I ask, with Resnexus. It is the only booking software I have used, but I have compared it extensively on all levels with other booking software. I have not only had a great experience overall with Resnexus but whoever, I ask about it always recommends it highly. It is the main tool that I use every single day for the bed and breakfast I run, and has allowed and helped us to grow seamlessly over the years.

Comments: We have been using ResNexus for over 6 years and are very satisfied with the ease of use and especially the customer support. Not that we have needed the customer support very often, but when we signed up with Booking.Com and wanted those reservations to automatically go to ResNexus, the customer support group @ResNexus was very responsive. We appreciate the notices that are sent to us informing us of when the system will be shut down for "servicing." (Usually in the wee hours of the night or very early morning.) We highly recommend all B&B's and inns use this service. It's well worth the money!

Comments: Overall, we've enjoyed meeting the ResNexus team and the functionality of the software is pretty easy-to-use; however, the setup of packages could be streamlined and easier (currently has many steps). The reports can be improved, which I asked for at the AIHP conference - right now the monthly reconciliation process is cumbersome. But most importantly, we don't understand the increase in fees over past years. The 2017 fee seems to be doubling since 2 years ago.

Comments: I have found RedNexus to be easy and convenient. It is nice to see all the rooms on a grid, and there are multiple ways to view reservations to find the information you need easily. I am new to using the program and picked it up within a few days.

Pros: The grid is versatile and makes it easy to access individual reservations. They also have GREAT customer serviced and are always available to help.

Cons: Sometimes Housekeeping section has glitches. It would also be nice for group reservations if you could add multiple individuals to each room.

Pros: Very dependable.

Cons: Difficulty in finding directions for performing many functions and where to perform that function. Lack of a good point of sale program (hoping the new one will work well).

Overall: Basic reservation system works very well. Looking forward to future enhancements that are in process. My main complaint is trying to find where certain extra functions are located that are used rarely. Need an administrative link to a detailed diagram of where to perform every function.

By being able to see the large room picture and word description without flipping back and forth makes a big difference for the guest. Comments: I love that while on the phone I can write personal notes and reminders about that customer's needs. Also, we have different price tiers for our venue reservations & we are able to use this software for that functionality and input correct data and instantly send a confirmation via email to the customer.

Pros: I appreciate that an auto-generated Thank You is sent a few days after their departure. Also, that confirmation and summary can be sent instantly if customer has questions.

Cons: I need to figure out the housekeeping scheduling to work for our particular needs. The current way is not user friendly since we are a small operation.

Pros: It's very helpful for overseas customers to be able to book and get a confirmation. It's increased that segment of my business 100%.
Also, I am able to take Reservations 24/7. Another big factor. There are very few overbooking incidents. And generally, the system operates without hiccups

Cons: The costs are becoming a problem. With all the other places a business must advertise and be 'found on the web', the bottom line 'costs' are creeping up there. I can't raise my rates (as a percentage), as much as my subscription has gone up. For a seasonal business this such as mine, it gets harder, every year. Seems like I make a little more, then my costs eat it up. A conundrum for smaller properties. AND those of us in 'out of the way' places. I have both those issues.

Overall: I was late to the Online Reservation System craze. When I finally got onboard it was eye opening what I had been missing in ease of use and increased Revenue. The system has improved over the years and features have been added. I admit I do not use all the features there ARE. If you are a tech person you will love it. The rest of us are perhaps not as enthusiastic. I'll confess I come grudgingly to 'tech' as a big part of a hand's on business, even though I am aided by it.

Recommendations to other buyers: In the off-season, I don't use the system daily. Maybe only check it every 2 weeks to 1 month. On-season it gets used daily. Many times a day, I don't leave it 'open'. I am unhappy with the Calendar showing your Inventory to the Public ALL the time. It means my competition can 'see' it, as well. I wish we could turn that feature OFF. I did not change Service Co's 3 years ago because they HAD that feature only... now ResNexus does as well. sigh

Comments: As our slow season approaches, we have had tons of fun perfecting packages and finding new features. It is such a relief to know that there is a product out there that actually works for us! Our phone calls have reduced substantially. Having used this product for a number of years, we are now able to quickly report trends and adjust rates accordingly.

Pros: My favorite things about Resnexus are that guests can book anytime of the day. The gift shop and enhance your stay features have been very useful for up selling. Our Accountant enjoys the new Daily Ledger.

Cons: Sometimes hard to get a hold of customer service. Our Accountant wishes the Deposit summary report allowed you to see details for large periods of time. It will only show details for small periods of time. When a folio or gift cert payment it outstanding (i.e. we forgot to charge someone), we wish there would be warnings.

Comments: I have been offering quality accommodations for 38 years in the downtown Seattle area in a beautiful landmark home with 8 guest rooms and heated pool. When I turned 70 I was having a hard time keeping all my reservations together, and since I was working on a manual system, me, myself, and I ther would be some overbookings and customer details misplaced etc. Then salvation came, thru a friend who was using reservation nexus and was about as didgitaly challenged as myself. He suggested that I call them ASAP. I did just that and from that moment on, my life and business life changed. I am still happy and greeting my guests at 75 with a renewed interest in what I have created here in Seattle. They are a wonderful company, in fact they feel like family the way they treat me and my business.

Pros: The personal service if I have any difficulties at all and the simplicity of their software so that even an old duffer like me can make it happen and enjoy it at the same time. They are just wonderful and I cant thank them enough for their great product.

Cons: There is none! I really mean that, I realize this sounds to good to be true but for someone like me with a limited knowledge of computers, social media, and no knowledge of how ro prepare business reports This has allowed me to stay working and enjoying my business and all it has to offer without worrying about the reservation part of the business.

Cons: Horrible response time from their Red Carpet customer service team they assign you. I prefer to talk to the general customer service team. They are usually easier to reach.

Overall: The platform is very good and reliable. I've experimented with other competitors that cost less but did not make the change. Their systems don't offer near as much, especially on the reporting side, and are much less stable.

Comments: I will start by saying that I have no experience with any other reservation software systems. Resnexus is very good at the reservation side. Their "limitations" are in the marketing side. The Gift Certificates for the guests to print if they buy online is clunky. Their emails are still done in html which makes it impossible for the innkeeper to do on their own which means you have to wait up to a week for a Resnexus staff person to do. Reports are all very good.

Comments: Boreas Inn has been a client of Reservation Nexus for at least five years. The booking engine is intuitive, easy to update, simple for the guest to use. We get almost no calls from guests who have issues booking on the site. The staff are willing to assist when needed. Occasionally there is a gap between request for assistance and a response but never has this been in an emergency. The site almost never goes down, the maintenance is done during convenient times. I wish there was an interface with Trip Connect on Trip Advisor. Some booking engines do not charge a commission for OTA's and I have had fellow innkeepers try to convince me to change providers. It is hard, with five rooms, to justify paying extra percentages to both the OTA and a booking engine. But I have stuck with Reservation Nexus. There is not interface with Trip Advisor's Trip Connect, which would be handy, as well as interfacing with Air BnB. Having the ability to use ResNexus to send newsletters is helpful and makes the expense more acceptable. The booking engine is beautifully put together, the confirmations and post-checkout thank you letters are attractive. I have recommended Reservation Nexus to many innkeepers. I hope as they grow, that the corporate value placed on fine customer service does not change.

Cons: Well, it would always be fun if it weren't so expensive. I have a hard time finding the place to print out an arrival folio for our guests to sign at check in. We still use the program our son wrote for us for that particular print project and occasionally I can't get into that program and have to print something suitable from Resnexus. We don't like the look and info. provided on Resnexus's form as well and as I said, I have to search around each time to find where that form is. Our program has the option to print the day's arrival folios with one click and that would be nice.

Overall: I can't remember when we started with Resnexus, at least 6 years ago, to allow us to enter into the world of online reservations. It has done a great job of that and so much more. The team is always ready to help us with questions or problems and continue to add new programs and features to improve the overall scope and quality. We don't pay for that which we don't feel serves our business well so the fact that we have continued with Resnexus says volumes!

Comments: We have been using ResNexus as our PMS at our resort property for just under a year. It comes loaded with features and is very easy to customize for your property. Teaching new reservations agents how to use the system is also very simple as the system itself is incredibly user-friendly.

Pros: Integration with MyAllocator allows auto-population from OTAs - we don't have to worry about constantly adjusting availability anymore. Very user friendly It has helped us increase retail item and activities sales thanks to the add on pages on the booking engine that inspire impulse buys. Accessible from desktop or mobile thanks to browser based system.

Cons: Cancellation fees don't auto-adjust depending on your property's cancellation policy. This is something that you have to add a retail item in for. Customizable email confirmations can still use a little work.

Comments: We like the screens our guest see when looking for availability. From the back end, it's easy to amend and set up , like the expanding reports provided.

Pros: Great screen displays and easy to make over the phone bookings.

Cons: Feel the interface to OTA's should be part of the core service and provided within existing charges. Adding "specials" can be a challenge if you only do them rarely, but customer support are on hand to help.

Comments: I like the system because it is user friendly. If you are swamped you can at least block off the rooms then finish the reservation or you can utilize more of the features when time permits. The industry is changing rapidly and it is comforting to know Reservation Nexus keeps updating and educating their customers so we can maximize our resources and have happy guests.

Comments: We have used Nexus reservations for the past several years to rent our cabins. Initially, we discovered Nexus through another innkeeper in the area, because we wanted to offer the convenience of online booking to our potential guests. We are using only some of the system's features, but in general want to keep reservations as simple and fast as possible. Nexus keeps what they promise. We have not had a need in the past for much customer support. Value for the money is good and we hope that the price will remain reasonable for us.

Comments: I have been using Resnexus for approx. 6 years, going from totally "pen & paper" to paperless and have enjoyed working with the team with any questions, problems or suggestions I have had. Comments: We have used your product from the beginning of our bed and breakfast existence and highly satisfied! The software is easy to use for the innkeeper and future guests. We would highly recommend this company for not only their software program but their tech support also!!

Pros: Always adding functionality and refining product. Interfaces well with existing web site.

Cons: Some basic features like updating room rates is time-consuming and repetitive.

Overall: Have been using this software for 5 years. Programmers solicit feedback and input on future features. They are always upgrading and adding functionality. They are patient with ludites, and have great tutorials for refreshers. Some functions seem overly time consuming, but I'm glad that I have the capability afforded by them.

Pros: Easy to see, use, and understand.

Cons: Wish it required GDS agents to agree to our specific requirements for booking a guest, just as a regular guest must--providing contact info, adhering to our check in times, etc.

Overall: We waited a long time to go with an online reservation service--everything was either too difficult for multiple users to interface with, required too much training and support, was too hard to read and understand, etc. Finally, along came ResNexus and our problems were solved! We've been very happy with the quality, ease of use, and service ever since we started with them!

Pros: Quick input for reservations. Great support from the Home Office.

Cons: Wish ResNexus had weekend live support, as opposed to having to call the Agent On Call.

Overall: All okay from this Innkeeper/Owner. Only wish there were a way to incorporate RezNex with all the other reservation services, so didn't have to slog around to all the sites to make sure rooms are blocked and avoid double bookings.

Comments: I have never purchased or used a PMS system that was not set up by the company providing the service. It would be nice to have your property set up for you. It is very labor intensive, and frustrating. Also some hands on training would be really nice. The videos are good but, lack real scenarios. Also would be great to have support when you first go live. Other than this, I think it is a good product, and has much to offer the smaller properties.

Cons: Needs a better cancellation feature, to add cxl fees, etc

Recommendations to other buyers: Do not purchase in a busy season. Get it during your down time. It takes a long time to set up and you have to manually re enter every reservation .

Comments: Versatile software for my lodging business. Don't know how we ran our business without it. Everything about the Resnexus reservation process, including and most importantly what the customer experiences, is very professional.

Pros: Very professional, easy to use, and versatile reservation software. Great price point for small, seasonal lodging businesses.

Cons: Resnexus is wifi dependent. We sometimes run into trouble because our wifi coverage is spotty in our rural area. This is obviously nothing against Resnexus, but it is a challenge in the region we run our business. Good customer service.

Comments: Res Nexus is not only easy to use but the customer service is amazing! I have never waited more than a few hours for assistance with any issue. Representatives are available by phone or by email. The Res Nexus videos are also extremely helpful when having minor questions. Res Nexus updates occur frequently and without causing problems in your day to day business. Love it and would recommend highly!

Cons: of course, the price. But we get what we pay for and glad we have this product.

Overall: We have used this software program for several years. Prior to ResNexus, we had two other reservation systems and had problems with both of them. We watched a presentation at one of the trade shows and thought we would give them a try. We have never regretted our decision. We received everything promised. Any time we call or email with a question, the answer is given in a timely manner. It is helpful to have the same support person, but when others have needed to step in, it all went well. This was a sound business decision on our part and we continue to enjoy the system. Also, when we initially went thru training, it was not as difficult as we imagined.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be helpful to have a place on the payment page where the customer can enter the 3 digit security code on their credit cards.

Cons: We over an extra room at our guest house for an additional charge and guests are not able to reserve that room on the website - they have to call and make the reservation over the phone.

Comments: Taking over a BnB that was operating in the stone ages of paper and pencil was no walk in the park. However, ResNexus took much of the pain out of the process and provided the much needed structure to get us organized. The ResNexus reservation system integrated seamlessly with our website and card processing. Their training was top notch. We were up and running in no time. It was just what we needed during a stressful transition.

Pros: ResNexus provides tools that allow you to effectively manage all aspects of a hotel/inn/BnB/guest house. It's the perfect product for a small business. It allows you to manage front desk, housekeeping, sales and reporting activities with a single application. The "at-a-glance" dashboard/grid is our bible. It gives us a quick summary of what is happening that day/week/month/year...

Cons: Adding additional days/nights or retail items to an existing booking/reservation seems to be a little cumbersome at times.

Recommendations to other buyers: My advice would be to hop on board. ResNexus is constantly looking for ways to improve their product. We receive video tutorials that introduce new features on a regular basis.

Pros: I like the seamless communication between OTA's and Resnexus. It has reduced our paperwork and streamlined our office proceedures.

Cons: It's not super easy for me to make changes to reservations. Also, long term reservations (we have several guests who stay by the month) are tricky to manage.
