Excellent.

Pros

I like how customisable Hudson software can be. We use it for our LIMO and ShuttlE Bus services which are two very different business. It handles everything from invoicing to paying drivers - really is good. Great support team too

Cons

Not much to say about this; there really is not much that I don’t like in Hudson. Takes a while to understand its complexities, but love you do, you take a real liking to it.

Hudson is absolutely amazing. They can fit their software to mold to your business model. I have used them for over 10 years and always have been treated with respect. My problems were never unimportant to them. The after hours help was 110% reliable 24/7. Love them, would recommend HIGHLY!

Pros

Hudson software can be conformed to fit your exact needs. As your business grows and changes over the years, so will Hudson.

Cons

I have heard that the online system is hard to navigate, but overall it's the best programming I have used in 15 years of transportation.
