Pros: User friendly and easy to use. The interface is clean and sleek. Safe time on managing the allotment as well as rate plan.

Cons: Too simple. Perhaps can add on more feature especially on the performance report by rate plan or category.

Overall: Safe a lots of my time on managing my inventory, control my rate parity and ease the reservation process.

Pros: Do not need to perform manual updates. It saves a lot of my time in managing the property better and improve online revenues

Cons: If it is possible, it will be great to also connect to promotion, private and moble rate plans in OTAs.

Overall: It helps to improve online revenues and saves a lot of my times in managing each individual OTA

Pros: Easy features-user friendly, just like using a nokia phone. It also eases your work to get datas from all OTAs-everything information needed is displayed in STAAH extranet. The price is also affordable.

Cons: So far so good. The only downfall is that, sometimes when technical issues arise, we are not able to control the room availability on ur own. We would need to contact our market manager and they will do it for you. But Overall, this is nota major disturbance for us.

Pros: Very helpful team, support is awesome - they get back super fast and always happy to help. Software is one of the easiest to use. connectivity/set-up happens in lighting speed. Overall very pleased

Cons: Not mobile friendly, app is buggy. Also its not multi-lingual (the software itself) which poses a challenge for non-speaking hotel partner.

Pros: The software is very easy and simple to use. The screen layouts are self explaining and you can navigate with few clicks. Booking engine is combined in same login so very easy to manage. Mapping is dynamic with channels and rate comparison tool as well as review tool are included in same login. System can handle multiple pictures for property and rooms. You can even use this information to build your own website. Booking engine is completely dynamic and like the PROMO code features.

Overall: I am able to manage rates and inventory with a simple bulk update.

We used a combination of Elina and Staah for channel minding. A nightmare from start to finish

Cons: We had endless double bookings with no warning and the latest one emerged 2 months after we had left Staah/Elina...which cost so much to sort.
From our perspective the product was over sold...unable to deliver connectivity to main OTAs..which caused problems and incurred huge extra expense .

Pros: It's very friendly. Services are very quick, I usually connect with customer service agents are very professional, hard working and have proper knowledge about software.

Cons: New updates, although that's for betterment., Few times technical issues in connection with other channels.

Pros: Save up lots of time in comparison with the conventional way, and user friendly

Bookings are more structured from all platforms that centralised into one

Cons: Registration of room rates would be good (eg: low season would be room rate 1, peak season would be room rate 2, in a few quick click instead of updating)

Pros: The clean design makes navigation easy to understand and learn. There is also a wide range of features that give the user a chance to set the system up exactly how they want making the system work for the property and not the property working for the system.

Cons: Would be difficult to use if there was limitation to the hotels facilities such as no access to internet as it is cloud based.

Pros: Staah's channel manager consistently performs well and is easy to use. It has just about every function and operation you can imagine or need. The amazing thing is, the channel manager remain intuitive and not overwhelming

Cons: It's cloud based so you do need internet access, this is standard though across most software we've looked at.

Pros: value for money with all features, It makes it easy for revenue managers to manage all OTAs using STAAH APP for mobile

Pros: Easy to use Extranet; Has a lot of new & interesting features for the booking engine; Easy to sync to all channels; Manual sync for individual channels, etc.

Overall: Since we have moved to Staah as a Channel Manager its so easy & simple to manage Rates & Inventory, Which actually help me to increase the Room Revenue & Archive our Targets.
With Staah No Error & No Down Time. Their 24hrs Excellent support team always ready to help us & guide us.
I have increased my Online Room Nights from 15% to 30% in all Location across India.
Their Booking Engine is really WOW which also help me to get the guest booked rooms within a 2 mints.
Staah also come up with many think which are very helpful for us.
Last not the least. As per the Market Staah is very much in the Budjet in term of the commercials.

Overall: Having taken over the Motel 5 weeks ago with no channel manager in place, I was constantly tied to my booking grid, Expedia and AA hoping, I wouldn't double book or miss something. very stressful!
With recommendation from Skagerrak, I contacted STAAH. The whole process of dealing with their incredible staff has been brilliant and very quickly I was able to implement Channel Manager.

The customer service from all the staff has been amazing, in particular Anu Kumar has been so informative, supportive, helpful, and all with a wonderful enthusiasm. Please pass on my huge respect and thanks!

Comments: Staah has been the fastest channel manager we have used at our property groups, it has been very easy to use in terms of user interface and has great metrics already inbuilt such as the direct conversion stats. The staah team also has been very responsive and helpful at all times which is a key factor when we decide on a channel manager. The inbuilt price analysis tool has been a key tool we use daily, which we had to purchase separately when using other channel managers.

push updates must be auto and not manual

Overall: A great experience from start to finish and so professional. From Skype calls to initially set up Stahh for us, to follow up emails, everything worked well and so efficiently. I am extremely impressed by how easy it has been to set up our channel management system. I cant complement the Stahh staff enough for their prompt replies to my emails and to the speedy resolution of any issues. Thank you.

it has complete feature and the UI looks nice too. very user friendly.
highly recommended.

Comments: It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Staah and especially with the representative. We have been using Staah from the past 4 years and the results that are driven out have been excellent. Of course it is a channel manager but it doesn't end there, lot of features that would actually ensure that your hotel does the best of revenues and also helps in keeping a tract on what competition. Staah also help in ensuring that your website also produces revenues and with the new features like watch my rate it ensures that conversion happen on your website. Product ofcourse is great but the service team is excellent, give them a call and they are there to solve any problems. So just to tell you Staah is wonderful channel manager to opt for and I vouch for them.

Comments: I joined in St Laurn Hotel Pune from 2014 . Staah was there earlier . Last three years consistently i am using Staah . Very easy to access and very easy to learn for new user of our new staff. Every year implementing new things to update our self to increase revenue . Complete details of OTA generated room nights ,revenue etc . Channel manager and entire team who are in touch with us have put at most support for our two hotels. Thank you so much ..

Overall: Since we joined STAAH channel Manager, its really help us as ecommerce to easily update the rate allotment,etc. and our OTAs performance increase 15% than previous.

Comments: STAAH is a very easy to use product. It's helped us to save lots of time & in turn has helped increase revenue & occupancy for our hotel.

The support team is very co operative & helpful.

We in fact have migrated from STAAH Instant to STAAH MAX. The dynamic rate feature works very well for our hotel as the rates fluctuate as per our availability.

We also have our PMS interfaced with STAAH. This interface is working well too.

Pros: Dashboard, Quick update on OTAs, Customization as per our need and excellent API with international and domestic OTAs

Cons: Daily booking - room night count is not available on dashboard

Overall: I am using STAAH for Ambassador Group of Hotels since many years, its so quick to update Rates and inventory with basic Revenue Management tool in Channel Manager makes it a choice of every hotelier.

I had used many channel manager in past 10 years since I handled so many hotels, but nothing close to STAAH. Tech support team is fantastic, I recommend this product strongly!
