Room inventory operation are very smooth for hotel

Pros

It's very easy to use and we have great opportunity to train others as well I am using since 2018 and it's very helpful for sold out the inventory very quickly and the report which I am getting it's very useful for my revenue department

Cons

Nothing so far but some time user can defined options should be there accordingly to management and department hierchey

### "STAAH is a great all in one solution for Channel management"

STAAH Channel manager solves our multiple reservation channels management problem in an end-to-end fashion. Everything is quite good so far, our overall experience is near to perfect except some minor issues.

Pros

STAAH is useful for management of our multiple online rezervation channels from one single management panel. We can update the availability, the photos and all the information related with the rooms from STAAH panel and it reflects all updates to the all rezervation channels that are integrated. STAAH is a multi language management platform so that our staff can use it in their own language, which is a great advantage for operations.

Cons

That would be very useful when a new update is live we are informed about the new features of the update with a brief email since we are informing the realted staff with the new features. It is sometimes hard to recognise the changes and we only update our staff when they report us only when they do not understand a feature which means at least one mista is guaranteed.

### "poor product and bad support "

Very poor overall with product quality and support

Pros

Honestly we keep facing so many limitations of the system and such a bad customer service.

Cons

System has horrible limitations such as it doesnt allow guests to change dates and we are forced to cancel the booking and put in a new one everytime a guest requests change on dates. Their support is terrible as they guide you wrongly and waste my time to then figure out that the system is unable to do what they suggest. Its really concerning that they put such a poor product out there and market it as a full solution which is very far from being.

All about I would like to say that I like the Staah Channel Manager very much. It is very user friendly and very excellent for using the channel. As a new property they support me a lot to develop the revenue as a will as develop the OTA management.

Pros

This is my third channel manager which was work in my last organization. The featuring of this channel manager are most attractive and smoothly user use. The Features are channel analytics, inventory control, partner management, product and OTA management are makes your works easier. I believe that if you use this channel to manage the hotel right direction. Also I would like to maintain that STAAH Channel Manager will give you right idea about the Revenue Management.

Cons

When I was setup the STAAH Channel Manager in my previous work place. During the setup in for my property Channel was build by virtual skype meeting. Is was bit difficult to describe all the information though online. I think they should setup a person in Bangladesh.

STAAH is very user friendly and we didn't have much difficulty training the Team to use it. Room and rate distribution is much more efficient vs handling online distribution channels individually via partners' extranets.

Pros

The ease of use and real-time update of pricing and room allocations are a plus. Haven't had the chance to try it for a longer period of time, but was quite satisfied during the trial phase.

Cons

During the time that we tried the software, two-way integration with our current PMS was not yet available.

I recommend to stay away, there are plenty of 21 century options out there that provide more control and transparency in their dealings.

Pros

Can't comment. Aborted the Onboarding since key functionality suddenly was out of scope despite previously having been articulated to be included.

Cons

Sign up to the Channel Manager is conducted filling in .Doc forms and shipping them by email. Very secure when you share business critical user names and passwords for your various OTAs. The Business Development Manager also likes to missell, not only in direct communication but also misleading their PMS partner.

The real time availability of rooms inventory and room rates across different online travel agents is ensured. It is used friendly and also resulted in the increase of direct bookings.

It's easy access to get connected with online travel agents like Booking.com, Make My Trip, Cleartrip, Agoda, Travel Guru, etc.

Nothing to say in particular however in terms of any new updation the same can be informed through email which will also make us to understand better about the updation.

Pros

The best feature is the option to upload Daily pricing. We were struggling with our existing Channel Manager and this came to us as real time problem solver. Dynamic pricing made work easy and reduced manually work substantially. We had used it for some time however had to change the plan to continue for Internal reasons.

Cons

Easy and clear unavailability of logs for any changes made. Takes time to Bulk upload. Nothing much apart from this as the software is fast and user friendly and can be handled by even a level 1 employee.

Its user friendly for daily use and liked the customer support extended by Ms. Sejal who is very prompt in attended our issues.

Dashboard is the one which i used to open on every day which gives me a excellent analytical report . This helps me to find out which OTA's not producing

Cons

Mobile app is not that effective, I was not able to update the inventory which gave me a continuous error. I haven't complaint about this as i am comfortable with desktop than mobile app.

STAAH as a product is user friendly. The Internet Booking Engine is good and guest pro. Guest can create the booking in some seconds. Their Channel Manager has many good features which others do not have.

On the dash board we need a date drop down to find the productivity as per the period we require. Last Minute rate parameters to be introduced as right now we need to open the rates for last minute manually.

Well, we at Seasons An apartment hotel Pune have been using Staah from last 2 years. I found it very useful to manage all OTA's through one channel manager. The customer support is also excellent.

Pros

Very easy to use and gives us the detailed statistics of room nights,revenue and ARR ( all OTA's). The dashboard has all nice and informative graphical presentations.

Cons

Till now I don't see any cons about Staah.

Need to better the experience on mobile. Also if we could update the extra person rate according to weekday and weekend, we would be more happy!

We have just finished setting up a new motel complex with Staah and the initial set up was very easy and the customer support was very efficient.

Pros

Easy of use and functionality to incorporate a variety of booking sites to be updated at once. Also makes the changes very quickly.

Cons

The layout is not functional to view and the fact you can not use it on internet explorer. Not practical when setting up a number of promotions on different booking sites.

Pros

Staah's channel manager consistently performs well and is easy to use. It has just about every function and operation you can imagine or need. The amazing thing is, the channel manager remain intuitive and not overwhelming

It's cloud based so you do need internet access, this is standard though across most software we've looked at.
