I don't have more words but STAAH but yes would like to say to any hotel or resort that just take it on trial basis and then you will come to know what changes STAAH has made in your day to day work.

We are uncertain how we can be benefit from STAAH before we commence to use. It is really a lovely software you can manage the availability and rate anytime and anywhere. You won't miss some bookings and get fresh of availability as long as the updates. Rates are keeping the same accrossing all channels. It saves our time and make us away from dilemma of complaint from guest

always change layout of the menu, some functionalities is less used but confuse me

I work with STAAH on a day to day basis which is why I am able to give a critical feedback on it. STAAH overall is very useful and it has many features with other Channel Managers don't. the main problem with STAAH is that they are reluctant to work on suggestions on improvements or features which the system doesn't have. It would be an excellent tool if they had the kind of technology to cater to the user's requirements better.

1\. Common Inventory Management 2. Ease of changing rates 3. Linking & Syncing is very easy 4. Great response time for complaints

Cons

1\. Internal rate audit of rates is very limited adn their RateStalk features needs some reworking 2. Improvement recommendation of features are not worked upon 3. No linking with GDS

Thanks Staah! The Staah channel manager and website is working well. Actually our computer is in getting fixed (after a power surge affected it during a thunder storm) so I've just downloaded the Staah app on my phone. This means I can still monitor our bookings and room availability until we get our main office computer back.
