Comments: I have been working closely with the cash applications of CV for nearly 2 years now and CV has really changed the integrity of our information for the better. I find the research of payments to be very easy and comprehensible. I would love to be able to eliminate the amount of steps to post electronically, but with increased integration with our clearinghouse planned for the near future I look forward to learning more about how that will be done.
Above all else, the CV staff is very willing to work toward our goals with us and they have a genuine interest in providing an increasingly better product. As the industry grows and changes, working with a company that not only can adapt to these changes, but has a willingness to tackle issues head-on makes them a treat to work with. Thank you!
