Pros: Ease of use and the support

Cons: I have no complaints

Overall: I used the GuestServe platform years ago when I ran a B & B and was very pleased with the services they provided. When it came time to set up for a Vacation Rental reservation system, I did not hesitate to go back to GuestServe because of the service, the ease of use, the support and the great value for money. Although they will make a website for you, I was able to design my own and have them host it for me. Thank you for making this so easy.

Recommendations to other buyers: I have a very small business and would have been overwhelmed if I did not have GuestServe. By using their software, I am able to compete on the web while looking very professional.

Pros: The best features of GuestServe are: A) It's a cloud-based program and B) There are different price levels that meet your restaurant's needs from 25 reservations per month up to 5K!

Cons: No cons! Easy to sign up, use, and allows more facetime with guests. I would say that It could be simplified to a one-click reservation if that was even possible.
