I have no complaints about eRSP. Their customer service is excellent whenever I have a new issue to overcome and they are very quick to respond to and resolve requests.

Pros

That it is an all-in-one solution for my small healthcare company including EVV which is required by all the payers we have contracts with.

Cons

The cyber attack last year was scary and there was no option to do anything other than keep track of all the scheduling, payroll hours and billing on paper during the outage.

Overall, great system and very easy to use. And the development team is always trying to keep up with demands and create new features.

Pros

Ease and navigation of each area, Absolutely LOVE Global Features too!!!

Cons

One issue was if someone was made inactive but still logged on to the app; the Caregiver could still clock in and or still be in the visit. I wished there were a hard stop for that.

### "Improving performance, resubmits needs a work around"

I see the efforts made to improve efficiency and software issues. With the change health and eRSP hack, there were no contingency plans in place for resubmissions/billing. We are still struggling to rebill 2024 claims. There have also been issues with EVV and eRSP.

Pros

Client and caregiver profile designs are amazing. The amount of data we are able to collect and store for client care matching is incredibly helpful. Management reports and tasks are an essential tool for tracking KPI's

Cons

Billing issues, the inability to open previous claims without an eRSP rep for resubmissions. App issues with clocking.

Overall, the product has worked great for ATHCS. There have been some highs and lows throughout our partnership, I do feel that things are on the right track.

Pros

I like the fact that even though there has been known issues, the team is working to resolve and move forward with a better product for consumers.

Cons

Although it is getting better, customer service response times.

My overall experience with ERSP so far has been great. We were with this software about a year ago and have recently returned, and I have to say, the new added features have made it even better than before. The improvements have enhanced its functionality and made it even more user-friendly. We’re very pleased with the progress and how well it meets our needs.

Pros

What I love most about our ERSP is how user-friendly and efficient it is. It’s the perfect solution not just for our office staff and team, but also for our caregivers. The built-in scheduling, billing, and payroll features make everything so easy to access and use. It simplifies our workflow, saves time, and ensures everything runs smoothly. The software’s design and functionality truly make a difference in our daily operations!

Cons

While the software is highly efficient and user-friendly, one drawback is the limited access to customer service. It can be challenging to get someone on the phone right away when assistance is needed. Having more immediate support would make the experience even better. However, our account rep has been amazing at returning calls and setting up Zoom calls as needed, which has been a huge help!

Pros

I’m beginning my journey with eRSP, and I’m excited to get started just by the initial call. Each of my correspondence has been great.

Cons

I have no issue with eRSP. I’m in the process of onboarding, and everyone that I communicate with is supportive through it all.

### "Cumbersome, clunky, not intuitive"

Abismal.

Pros

Somewhat easy to change caregivers' pay rates.

Cons

So many things. You can't just search for a client's schedule. You have to have the full schedule open and use command/control F to find their names, or have the client list open and do the same. It's a Sunday and they want to know who is coming today and tomorrow? Scroll all the way back to the top, hit "next" and wait. Then command F to find them in the long list again (if you're using the calendar view). Search for them and you get their care plan instead. Caregivers are searchable, and you can view their schedule by looking at the availability tab, but you can't click the names of the clients they're working for to pull of client info. Messages don't refresh so you constantly have to remember to refresh if you're staffing a case. Language isn't intuitive. Want to look at a client's info on the large calendar setting? Click " click to maintain order". There is so way to differentiate contacts, whether it's emergency, POA, scheduler, etc. There is no easy to read a monthly calendar view. Overall the system takes too many clocks to get a job done, isn't intuitive, and isn't easy to read. Important info doens't pop off the page. There is WAY too much text. Not visually appealing.

overall, I have been working in eRSP for many years I love exploring and learning all the new features added. I enjoy a challenge trouble shooting problems in eRSP before I give up and call support for help. At that point I face palm myself and graciously accept a new challenge when it comes. I am impressed on the bounce back after the security breach, even though it took a while eRSP returned with great improvements.

Pros

I like that there are always improvements being made for the better. I enjoy that I can work on eRSP wherever I go, on practically any device I have at hand.

Cons

The app seems to always be the problem with the caregivers. It loads quite often for long periods of time. I do prefer to teach new hires and use the Web version vs the app. "Network failure" often.

There is really nothing I dislike about the program. There is nothing that I can currently think of that I would change about the program as it accommodates what I need.

Overall, the software does what is needed to schedule caregivers, offer a way for staff to see their schedules and keep client records. We are in the process of utilizing electronic visit verification to also be compliant with state requirements for MediCal recipients who are given grants for home care.

Pros

The software is easy to navigate and is user friendly. Caregivers with little or no experience with technology find it easy to use.

Cons

Support staff response time is sometimes slow.

My experience with eRSP has been wonderful. \[sensitive content hidden\], have all been very responsive. Any questions I had during the initial setup they had an answer. I highly recommend eRSP.

Pros

Let me start by saying eRSP is a very amazing platform. eRSP exceeds my expectations for a EVV vendor. The staff is very detailed and leaves no relevant stones unturned. They cover all necessary topics. This has limited the amount of questions I have. The eRSP Academy is a great learning tool. I would recommend eRSP to any Home Care Agency.

Cons

I do not have any cons. I am happy to be a part of eRSP.

Pleased with how much time it is saving me each week in our weekly payroll and invoicing processes.

Pros

I like how much times it saves me with my payroll and invoicing each week. I am glad to see that my clients can log in to see their bill, next week schedule, and pay the bill.

Cons

That the clients don't have an app they can use to get in their portal easily without having to go to a browser.

It's not the worse, I have worked with other system that gave you much more information at a glance.

Pros

It's easy to understand and the workflow is good, the ability to view all schedules at once and see your open shifts is great, being able to put in caregiver max hours available to work is also great.

Cons

Not having the ability to pull up a client and see what caregivers have been there in the past and being able to add caregiver that client really like.

Overall eRSP has been great. The customer support especially \[sensitive content hidden\] is great. \[sensitive content hidden\] gets to the bottom of whatever problems from EVV to app issues. We still have a few app issues, but it all seems to be around one staff. It would great if we had a number that staff could call and fix their issues with app.

Pros

The system is user friendly and if you don't understand something there is usually a video or article that can help

Cons

Sometimes that the calculation of a plan is off, and we have to adjust it to make sure we can still set up schedules that need to be done.

Our overall experience was good. The system enabled our agency to navigate and process the necessary data. eRSP is a very complex system that can be a tremendous benefit for a homecare agency.

Pros

The platform provided efficiency with all aspects of our operations. It provided for efficient scheduling and client information.

Cons

There were a few limitations with respect to parsing the data at times. It would be great to be able to have more options with viewing the client/caregiver schedules in different formats.

we are overall happy with ERSP but would like the app to be better or know how we can help the caregiver.

Pros

I do like how easy it is to use the site, its easy to use scheduling and i like how the colors alert you with clock ins and outs and if there is a conflict. Its easy to add clients and caregivers to the system

Cons

the app the caregivers use. it works less than half the time for half of our caregivers. it keeps logging them out and won't let them back in even when we change the passwords and update everything we can.

I have a great experience with ERSP. I can check my hours were ever I go. Specially travelling places my client has no staff i have to find out why the client has no staff today. Also check each week how many hours we completed for client.

Nothing, it is perfect for our company! The updates are normally quick and effective. The only time I was frustrated was when eRSP went down January 2024.
