Pros

The team at Cell Trak was organized and we got the backend setup completed fairly quickly. We appreciated their attention to detail and organization. The trainer, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] , is wonderful. We found this to be very easy to use by both office staff and end users. Everything is logical and simple and helps us to gather accurate documentation for our staff.

Cons

The communication between Cell trak and our EMR was an issue. We didn't think we needed to keep tabs on this, but if you move forward with this program, make sure they are working together off the same timeline!

Reasons for choosing VisitManager

It had more features and allowed us to pull more reports.

Overall, it's helped my company track visits with our clients effectively without the need for paperwork.

Pros

It's easy to use and simple to learn. No one seems to have many issues.

Cons

At times it has difficulty working correctly. Times don't always clock correctly.

Pros

I use CellTrak by Visit Manager for my hospice company. It easily collects data like how long I drive, visits with patients and so forth and sends it to the office. It was easy to learn on my first day of the job, all I had to do was to remember to start it.

Cons

I always made sure to double check the times and miles at the office and compare them to what I wrote down because sometimes they could be wrong.
