Pros

I love the way Velocify allows my partners to be able to look at their production from a bird's eye view to determine what's working, what's not, who's working, and who's not.

Cons

I'm still getting used to the new name. Other than that, I'll have to get back to you on what I don't like about them.

Pros

The price. This product is a lot cheaper then some of its competitors. The product does the job we need it to do.

Cons

The customer support is not good. The support team tries to point their fingers anywhere except at their own product. However, 9 times out of 10, the problem is with the product.

I like that I can organize my clients into categories and make notes on each one. I also like the ease of use of simply dialing a phone!

Cons

Nothing, it's perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. The makers of Velocify have taken the time to make this software easy to use for your everyday customer!

Once you have it setup, it really works for your team. For front end sales, it's really all you need.

Cons

I would like to see something that allows you to upgrade seats and become billed for those seats in daily increments. Focusing on the details such as this one will lead to greatness.

It's easy to use, and the support is very helpful (although I find that calling gets a much better response than emailing).

Cons

I wish there was a test environment we could use so we could test new statuses/actions, as well as fields, without interrupting the production environment.

Pros

The system is extremely robust. No matter what you need to do, there is a way to do it. We've used other systems in the past, and they didn't even come close to Velocify.

Cons

We ave to cut and paste emails to the system. The text feature isn't as strong as the rest of the system.

Pros

I like the ability to run reports and easily access student files.

Cons

The process of inputting leads seems cumbersome. A little more user-friendly menus would be helpful. If you don't save information promptly while inputting into the student academic fields, you lose your work.

The product is easy to navigate and understand. They really took their time building this program properly. I am more than pleased.

Cons

I honestly haven't encountered any issues with Velocify to where I can say I don't like it in anyway. I am absolutely pleased with this product.

I love that that Velocify is very user-friendly. It allows you to access a lot of information in just a few clicks.

Cons

While it is a very simple system to use, it can sometimes run slowly or lose connection multiple times a day, often at the most inconvenient of times.

I like that the system is accurate with details, and I am able to assist customers and students easily.

Cons

I don't like the fact that the system freezes easily. Also, when I go to send an email to a student, it erases the information I entered in for the lead.

At the time when we signed the contract with Velocify, they were the less-expensive option, and they suited our needs very well.

Cons

Their customer service is very poor. I've been left waiting for hours after submitting a request for a really simple fix.

They are able to integrate with most of our lead providers no problem

Cons

The service! For what you pay, you would expect the functionality to be quite a bit better; everything is difficult. Creating a drip campaign is extremely time- and labor-intensive.

Cons

The cost is a bit high, and with no prior knowledge, it was difficult to get things tuned up.

The only - and I mean the only thing - that I don't like is emailing for help. But even that isn't as bad as it sounds because they are so fast at getting back to you!
