Will never recommend this product to any company unless they want the pace of their workflow severely impacted.

Pros

Has a LOT of functions to use. That's it.

Cons

All those functions slow things down, make the software more cumbersome that necessary and too many functions can be worse than not enough (this software is a great example of that).

We recently transitioned to the Ultra-Staff Software and have been pleased with the functionality and features. It has robust back end functionality which handles everything from payroll/billing to general ledger and sales tracking. It also allows for excellent analysis of trends and margins. After spending over a year evaluating dozens of staffing software solutions, we are very pleased with the solution we have found with Ultra-Staff.
