Pros: Ease of use- runs smoothly- easy to teach to other users- enjoy the customized screen each user can set up to their liking/settings

Cons: Cannot find anything that I dont like with this system. Its ease of use makes it a great system to understand

Overall: Tremendous benefits- we started using this system last year and found it to be so easy to understand, teach and use- we are all happy with the ease of use.

Pros: Automation and Flexibility are so important. I can change the software to fit our company and not the other way around. Having the ability to change menus and pricing myself means the only thing slowing down my company is me.

Cons: When saving tickets, it takes 3 to 5 seconds, that's a lot of time for small-talk with customers. To print a receipt it can take another 30 seconds just to start printing. Time better spent helping other customers

Pros: The RMS progam is very customizable. It can be set-up to address mutltiple scenarios for all types of accomodations.

Cons: If too many screens are open at one time the program seems to lag a little and some portions of the windows are not visible on smaller size computer screens and displays .

Overall: The customization and the reports for managing and accounting are the best part of the program.

Pros: software is good...most interested in the customer service !! Anytime I have had any issues they have been taken care of by Angie. I have been involved since the beginning with selecting RMS and have worked with and still have access to and talk with Todd Sabo occasionally . I believe you all use our property and set-up as a model for prospective clients

Cons: can't really say anything bad about the software...every once in awhile it glitches out but it's software !!!

Overall: works great with our RV Resort reservations

Comments: We switched to RMS for our campground, and it has been fantastic! The reports that are generated are top notch, and the program is incredibly user friendly. They are constantly updating and improving and are really easy to work with.

Pros: Easy to use, web based, great booking chart, pencil feature is nice, multiple ways to book reservations.

Cons: Point is sale function is not the best

Overall: Have been using RMS for over a year. Great software. Easy to learn. Has the features we need. Not thrilled with the Point of sale functions it is some what limited for our needs. We can't use the Point of sale module they have because we have MAC computers. Overall good software and good service.

Comments: Pros:
For a small operation, the rooms are easy to see and identify guests
Making reservations is reasonably easy
The accounting procedures are easy to use for nightly close out and information research
Transferring between screens is easy (booking chart, having several guest reservations open at once)
Grouping rooms together is very helpful. Easy to move between rooms
Good that there are choices on data display (name, rate type, balance, etc) on the room bookings in the booking
chart, very helpful

Cons:
It would be helpful to be able to differentiate the different types of rooms by horizontal color markers
The guest search engine means moving to a different screen; it would be nice to have a search field on the
booking chart where last name, first name could be entered

Comments: Since switching to RMS software in September of 2015, we are so completely satisfied with not only all the attributes of this program but the ease of daily use. We are a campground and we have been looking for a hotel based program that would let us change the verbiage to be "campground friendly", we have found that in RMS. The channel management feature in RMS has really sent our online reservations through the roof!
We have had A+ customer service and training also, which everyone knows is what really separates good software from great software. If you are looking to convert to state of the art, cloud based technology, RMS should be your choice.

Comments: I wasn't looking to switch software providers until a good friend and fellow campground owner convinced me to watch the Demo. I am so happy I watched the demo and looked more into RMS. RMS has allowed me to open more doors and go down more paths than any software I have worked with before! Thank you RMS!

Comments: I have used the RMS PMS software since 2008.

When connecting my first property, I looked high and low for a top notch product with the flexibility to meet the needs of my high end Outdoor Resort clients.
When I found RMS, I knew I found the product that would not only meet their needs now, but also grow with them in the future.
Their features such as real time online bookings, dynamic pricing, interactive maps, and mobile connectivity are just a few of the reasons I come back to this software for each new property.

Comments: Ive been using RMS for years, recently signed up our latest resort. Customer Service is always a pleasure to deal with. Recently had extensive training on "Owner Accounting" and had a one on one call with Amanda. If you don't know it by now, Amanda is one of your best instructors. When ever I have a question about owner accounting, Amanda is the best.

Comments: Customer service, training has been excellent! I still have quit a bit of set up to do and 1250 reservations to transfer into RMS but so far we are very pleased.

Comments: We are still in the infancy stages of learning all the aspects of this software but thus far we are very pleased with it. Any obstacles we are confronted with are easily overcome by contacting their customer service. Their support agents and sales people are very knowledgeable and professional, patient, and yet so personable ... a 180 degrees from our previous software customer support!! RMS is definitely a customer oriented company!

Comments: We started using RMS for our reservation software last year. We love it! It is incredibly easy to use, has all the features we need to not only manage our reservations, but to also manage the daily operations and the business aspects. The support team is incredibly helpful and friendly and works diligently to answer any questions you might have. We couldn't be happier with RMS.

Comments: I think your software is very user friendly, the support staff are outstanding! If I have a problem with rates they walk me through the system step by step and then follow up with an email on them plus a video. All the support team is highly trained to answer any question I ask or they will get back to me. You are great and thank you!
