The experience has been great! From the sales team to tech support, to implementation, I have had great experiences from everyone. They do a great job in personalizing your needs and experiences and always remember the small details about one's practice. They offer great feedback and suggestions on improving ones work-flow as they hold a wealth of knowledge from the experiences they have had with other clients.

Pros

The platform is a great product, especially for a practice that is starting out or wants to convert from a paper charting system. The work-flow is concise and easy to follow. Menus and file organization is customizable to the point where you can really cater to one's practice needs. Customer support is great. When I have had issues (not often) that need to be addressed, I get a response almost immediate or the same day.

Cons

I would like to see the ability to create PDF "fillable" documentation. In our scope of practice, this is something that would help our work-flow tremendously. Recently, I have been made aware that this is something that their internal development team has been working on.

Completely unethical and poorly run EMR vendor. We helped build their business and provided feedback used to develop their software from scratch as we grew from a small, single doctor practice to a dozen or so. When they fell behind their competitors, we decided to move on. To spite us, they held our EMR data hostage and demanded over $90,000 to migrate our data away. Luckily I was able to manually pull enough information from their garbage software for us to get a reasonable start at our new EMR vendor. And just in case they decide to try and refute this review, don't bother Andy, you can't beat me. I have every email you ever sent me and I told zero lies in this review. Everything I said can be proven and corroborated. I waited 7 years to make sure what data you retained was past our legal obligations to hold. Why? Because I had no trouble believing a greedy person like you would do something to extort us. Have a good one! :)

Pros

The product was fine in the pre-EMR days.

Cons

They eventually fell way behind their competitors in terms of features and quality. Then they wanted exorbitant egress fees to migrate our data. They keep their data in an inefficient proprietary format so they can justify charging nearly $100,000 for a small medical practice to leave their ecosystem.
