Administrator Used the software for: ### "Great software" April 13, 2016 4.0 We use Megaventory in our company that manufactures aluminium windows, and we use it to manage the purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory, finding out that this software complies our requirements very well. Since we are using Megaventory we have much better management of our products. PROS: Reports, customizing words, múltiple currencies, historial, documents attached, traceability, easy to use, works in mac, load images of the products, export into excell, pdf, etc. CONS: only 3: - no chance to give different autorizations to user, - you can send more products of your sales orders than the ones approved, - since we work with 2 correncias, it would be great is the reports can convert one currency into the other so we can have one single report with one unified currency. Full-featured for inventory and good off-the-shelf functionality for manufacturing. Cost-effective. Cons May not be the best solution for complicated manufacturing workflows. Though intuitive, process flow is a little "step-heavy". Customizations or compromises may be necessary if integrating basic package. Maybe it is a bit early to understand all the modules but here it goes: Very easy to set-up. In less than 2 hours I could go ahead with logging inventory operations and orders. At one time I had to ask for support because the module use was not clear (they are a transactional system and there is no documentation) and I got my answer in 30'. So, support is OK as well. As far as I can say, at this price level, we could not find something similar. If you are willing to spend somewhat more (~200USD/month) you can definitely find better software. Used the software for: ### "Megaventory has helped make my job easier. " May 13, 2016 4.0 We began to use Megaventory for our food pantry and it has helped us to better track our inventory. I wish we could customize the client/supplier fields though. It can be a little convoluted on how to get to some items as well. I like that it's not complicated to enter a sales order so I can easily train others on how to quickly take care of customers. Overall we have had a good experience with the product. Megaventory helps me to keep record of each single phone by registering IMEI (Serial number) for each handset and see where I bought the phone and to whome did I sell. If customer returns the phone I can check with MV history if this is the same phone I sent to customer. Megaventory also generates delivery notes /packing slip/picking slip with serial numbers which saves a lot of work by entering them manually. Return of Goods from customer and Return of Goods to supplier are all very good functions that reduce work load and help me concentrate on business.. The only area where an improvement can be made is its speed as sometimes it can be slow to load PO and SO lists.
