It makes identifying paid vs outstanding bills easy to identify in a quick manner! It is easy to use, and makes billing convenient. I am able to store information so that it is easy to locate, which saves so much time. All you have to do is enter the patients name and you simply enter the services! All providers are there along with insurance company info as well! Customer service is excellent! They go above and beyond to help their customers! Cons I have only had issues with getting insurance company information to save on occasion. However it was quickly resolved. It makes my job easier that it could be with other programs. Pros I am able to return each month to patients that I bill on a consistent basis and have all the information auto-fill. This saves me so much time. Cons There are quite a few updates. Usually I would think this is a good thing but constantly having to dismiss or actually update can be annoying right at first. This is not a big issue though. I understand it's necessary. The billing support system will walk you through various accounts receivable options to get the most out of the programming. I like that I can print paper copies of my CMS 1500 forms have them sent electronically Cons the software can only be used on one computer system. If you want to use the same software on another computer system you are charged twice. Cant work on my home computer and work computer. Pros It is super easy to make paper claims by sending a PDF copy to the Insurer for processing a claim. It allows me to save codes so that I am not reentering them every single time. All I have to do is change the service date and it all stays the same, which saves me time. Cons I have not found any issues with this software except for when it sometimes makes duplicates of a submission, which isn't a big deal.
