Pros

I like that all of the claims I send save automatically. It is really easy for me to pull up a past claim if I need to.

Cons

When I need to send in a corrected claim, it isn't very clear which box to add the original claim number in.

I least like the fact that it is difficult to find instructions and Direction provided is limited to fill out forms

The software runs great and is easy to use. I love that I can just print it to my color printer and not have to purchase the claim forms.

I like this tool and how simple this is to use. And to organize claims

Pros

This is a easy tool to look at and organize insurance claims. I like how it can be used with any windows systems and you can print out the paper to.

Cons

I cant really think of anything I dont like yet about this tool maybe keeping track better and use this tool on a phone
