Switched from Medisoft, as they were not continuing the Just Claims version. Pros Best format for repeat claims and services, by recalling past visit claim, and adjusting for new date. Almost the same format as Just Claims. Menus are self explanatory. Cons No provisions to transfer / import old data from Just Claims to new Speedy Claim. All patient info has to be imported by hand. Can use the form and submit paper copies or e-copies to insurance companies. The cost is very reasonable. And I can't say enough about the tech support staff. They have always been friendly and able to solve my problems immediately. Cons Sometimes I wish they would reach out to me through surveys or personal phone calls to let me know about new products. And it allows me to produce either paper or online claims. Great value for the money, it meets the needs of my small private practice perfectly. Pros Claim production for paper claims, which allows me to do follow-up claims with minimal input of effort and time by just changing dates of services. Cons When creating the secondary insurance claim, the information on the primary claim doesn't all roll over correctly. I have to make sure to change the claim from Medicare to Commercial Health plan, edit the DOB because the subscribers date of birth populates a date back in 1999 I believe. It is intuitive and lives up to its promise of 4 clicks to bill a returning client once you have them entered into the database. The tech support, which I have needed a few times due to my errors not the softwares, was timely and always solved my difficulties. Cons None that I have experienced in all my years of us. If anything I would like to be able to archive claims in an easier fashion. I have to call them to find out if I am doing something wrong.
