We have been very satisfied with the software. Pros The software is very user friendly. Having the patient information as well as referring provider NPI numbers stored is extremely helpful and time saving. Cons The templates that we set up do not always store the information and reverts to a default template the we set up early on. Not a huge problem because there are only two providers in our practice and it just involves changing the rendering provider NPI information. It stores the claims for you, pull out the last claim and add changes easily when required. Cons It takes quite some time to open up when you click on it. It will be great to have a faster and more convenient interface. Pros It's simple to use and makes charge entry for consecutive claims, super quick. I've used lots of complicated software products before and this is perfect for a smaller operation. Plus, it's a one time fee and then you're done. I've had zero problems in the 2 years that I've been using it. Cons I wish the claims list had my claims in chronilogical order for each patient. It would be much more organized if it had two sorts. One for patient's in alphabetical order and another for patient's claims in date order. I like how it populates the fields for address, etc. when the "Self" block is checked for Relationship. Pros Little work involved doing a claim for an existing patient. Only dates need to be changed. Cons Diagnosis field (E) could be a little larger to enter more than 3 with commas. Cons Changed hard drives and program became inactivated. able to fix with one phone call and new activation code. They should eliminate this feature which is likely there to prevent pirating. I use it weekly medical claim forms which are very particular in punctuation and minor mistakes in claims can reject the claim and speedy claim makes it easy for me to print the claim in the right way. Cons There is a learning curve in settings. It takes time to after multiple attempts to see if its printing in the right slots. You need to be patient and keep trying until you feel the its the right settings and its printing it right. It makes my job easier that it could be with other programs. Pros I am able to return each month to patients that I bill on a consistent basis and have all the information auto-fill. This saves me so much time. Cons There are quite a few updates. Usually I would think this is a good thing but constantly having to dismiss or actually update can be annoying right at first. May 10, 2018 4.0 When paper claims are necessary, this software is easy to use and understand. It is also easily transferable to multiple computers. Pros The software is easy to use and step up to your specifications. I like that its the exact 1500 form that will be printed out so that you know that everything will print in the correct fields. Cons The print alignment changes periodically and requires adjustment. It is also annoying that it prompts you to update the customer anytime you change something. Review Source SR Susan R. Customer Service has been prompt in response and their upgrades have eliminated my need for them almost entirely over the years. Cons It doesn't appear that I can print multiple forms at one time.
