Pros

Stable software. Easy to use. Ultra low cost. Great option for the money. Easy to adjust settings. Reduces redundancies of claim submission. Past claims are easy to modify and resubmit for updated encounters. Error checking worked great.

Cons

Downloading claims to excel would be appreciated which would allow for better analysis of encounters, patients, billing. I would have liked to use this on my IOS platform instead of having to use windows.

Pros

The CMS 1500 form is easily reusable. The client information is saved and can be retrieved any time to complete new claims

Cons

The software lacks auto fill properties on the form. Data Entry on the CMS 1500 form will be more faster if some fields have some auto fill features.

Ease of use at a reasonable cost.

Pros

As a one time purchase that can be used for several years without doing a subscription-based service, it's great. It's simple and easy to understand. Takes minimal training.

Cons

There is a glitch that doesn't get fixed where I have to turn the ECF? file into a .txt file each time I create a batch before uploading to OfficeAlly. The batch system wasn't clear to me in the beginning but once figured out was OK.

The process of ordering, installing and using this software has been very simple from start to finish. It has streamlined our claim filing process, saving hundreds of hours since we started using it. Whenever we do have a question, Customer Service has been excellent in assisting us.

Pros

I like the the product because of low cost and easy simple format. I don't need much training. The format follows the paper claim form makes it easy to start working without delay. It also offers backups for the claims. I can send paper claims or e-claim.

Cons

I have some issues with electronic claims while trying to send e-claims through Availity. May be I did not set up right. Anyway, I need to consult with web site for e-claim.

Easy solution to paper billing.

Pros

Prints well and you can easily adjust how the form works with the billing papers. It was easy to learn and there was no steep learning curve to get started.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I don't like. Possibly the appearance of the software on my computer screen could be a little more attractive or interesting. But I'm reaching herb, because there's really nothing substantive to say on any negatives.

Pros

It is user friendly. You can learn alot with the user/help support manual option that you can refer to any time. Easy to set data and patient demographics up. Easy to set templates up.

Cons

Wish that it was a clearinghouse as well for the money that is spent on getting the inital program. I would want it to be free like some other clearinghouses, especially after purchasing the program.

Our experience with Speedy Soft has been great. Our computer was crashed and they helped get our files backs with one phone call.

Pros

It does what I need from it. We are only a one doctor office and we are not on e-filing our billing claims. The price was perfect as I didn't cost as much other software packages and we bought only the package we needed. They do have others we may have to consider in the future.

Cons

I do not have a complaint about the software. It is really easy to use.

Ability to print a claim when our software cannot set up the info correctly to submit electronic.

Pros

Ease of use. Ability to save a claim for future use (top section completed), save as template and go back in and open up template and enter bottom information, save for records.

Cons

Attempting to line up with a HCFA 1500 from our printer. I have always had issue with getting the data to print within the lines on the HCFA 1500. It is usually acceptable enough to submit for payment.

Ease of submitting HCFA 1500 claims is the main reason for using the software. I don not have that many claims but easy to submit those I have.

Pros

Easy to set up, technical support very good, easy to use, directions clear for printing issues, fast to enter HCFA 1500

Cons

I have not had any major issues with the program. I have called the tech support for the minor issues but the were able to walk me through the issues mostly printing off center

Very reasonable pricing. I have had really good experiences when I have called for help. Great customer service.

Cons

I don't have any cons to report, but this program will not allow me to submit without cons. It is not terribly sophisticated which is good and bad. Good is easy setup, bad is sometimes a little more difficult to use.

Pros

I like that I can effortlessly and seamlessly send batches to my Clearing House through Speedy claims.

Cons

I do not like that I need to buy a newer version every so many years. I do not like that I need to go outside of Speedy claims to look up and ICD-10 axis 1 diagnosis code. I wish that I could look up codes Within Speedy claims for generalized anxiety disorder or adjustment disorder, for instance.

Easy billing and easy tracking of billing.

Pros

The software is easy to use, it iseasy to create new accounts. It keeps track off clients, yet filters current clients from all clients. The list allows me to quickly access insurances and diagnoses.

Cons

There is some confusion with create / update messages when you make chances. sometimes it is difficult with th alignment with the printer and the CMS 1500 forms.

And I haven't even ever taken the time to learn all it can do for me. But everything I HAVE wanted to do, I've been able to do. And always with a friendly and immediately accessible walk-through from tech support.

that it's visually simple and comprehensible to "someone like me" - and backed up by such accessible customer servce

Program is simple to use and navigate. Claim templates streamline individual claims entry, and the program itself is not inundated with unnecessary features.

Cons

I wish the Speedy Claims program had a way to generate individual reports for claims follow up, there is currently no way short of creating a new claim or entering a note for any follow up resubmissions, that one can track individual claims submission dates. Anyone who's ever had to appeal a claim decision based on establishment of timely filing knows how useful such a feature would be,

Easy Auto Billing for Paper Claims.

Pros

I love the flexibility I have with paper claims. I have software for electronic billing but the simple and easy to use interface with speedy claims is ideal for my Auto submissions.

Cons

I don't have a lot of negative, the only thing maybe if claims automatically saved. Normally I have to exit a hcfa and click it again to have my claims save for each day I've billed.
