Easy to use. " May 10, 2018 5.0 Pros the claim is saved and I don't have to completely redo a claim new each week. I pull up the last claim and modify it for the next billing. It lines up easily on my printer. I get updates periodically that make it even better. Cons I honestly cannot think of anything bad. The price is fair. If the dates are different for each row you will have to enter them. After my first phone conversation, I was convinced this is what I needed. It's been 6 months and everything is working out just fine. Pros Most of my treatment is repetitive. It lets me open an earlier claim and just change the dates since my chiropractic diagnoses rarely change. It's a breeze! Cons No matter what new patient I add, the insurance always defaults to Medicare, which is the first insurance company I put in the Insurance table. Even when I change it, it goes back. Pros It saves on paper work since all the forms submitted can be pulled up when needed. Easy to check dates claims were printed and keeps track of all patients claims submissions. May 14, 2018 4.0 Pros The ability to find a code with just any key word and the ability to cross-reference between procedure codes and diagnosis codes. Cons There has been a few less common codes that I have not been able to find on the software therefore I had to use other software. Cons I don't think I understand all the features and am not sure how to access the tutorials. I wish I could install it on more than one computer since I am in different offices. It is also very simple to file additional claims with the previous claim automatically populating the fields. Cons I did need the help of tech support with the first couple of template setups. Easy to use, clear instructions, keeps track of everything needed for our purposes. Have had the chance to call customer service and was pleasantly surprised at the personal service I received. Pros 1) One particular helpful item is the 'notes' section. An easy way to keep track of what's going on with any particular claim. 2) I also like that the company asks it's users for feedback and for suggestions for ways to make it even better. 3) The claims print exactly where the data is supposed to go on the Form 1500s. Love that! (other programs print outside of the boxes) Cons I do not like that after printing a claim and closing the print box, the software jumps from the client I was working on, down to another random client. Then I have to scroll back up to the client I was working with in order to print more claims. Not the end of the world, but irritating. Review Source DD Debbie D. Claims always look professional and clean. Speedy Claims stores payers and patient names with no issues. Cons There isn't much I can say that is a con. Software is easy to use and very user friendly. Customer Service. Easy to align your claims to the printed 1500 to keep it easier to be read on the Insurance carrier side saving repeats. Cons I wish it would put each claim in date order as I usually go for the last date I billed to do the next service and when the patient has been here multiple weeks it is difficult to find. Not HORRIBLE but a tad time consuming. I also wish you could locate patient by partial name. Like instead of FUNDOCK you could type in FUN and all would come up so you could chose. I don't have a lot of insurance to file because most of my insureds have discount programs instead of reimbursement. Speedy Soft fills my needs exactly because I don't qualify for Navinet. Pros Does exactly what it's advertised to do. I found the service dept. to be very helpful, prompt, courteous and effective whenever I had questions. The billing support system will walk you through various accounts receivable options to get the most out of the programming. I like that I can print paper copies of my CMS 1500 forms have them sent electronically Cons the software can only be used on one computer system. Most doctor software seems to specialize in extracting money from the users. I especially like having it on a USB so I can use a different computer if one goes down. Cons Can't think of anything. The auto fill in when a patient had purchased glasses previously. I really have no more comments. Cons The auto fill feature in section 24. Did not like the fact I had to fill in the dates on every line. If I used the auto fill it also filled in the next sections next to the dates and I did not want auto fill on those. Easy to copy and re-save new version of claim when client or policy information changes. Cons There is no Mac version. Can't really use it to electronically submit claims. " May 12, 2018 3.0 Filled in HCFA-1500 Claim form Pros Speedy Claims was a decent program to assist with filling out HCFA-1500 claim form and was able to do just that. Very affordable! Cons Backing up the files was cumbersome. The customer support was not the best. It has limitations if you are looking for anything more than a template to print out claim forms.
