Pros: The format is quite intuitive and new users are able to become functional fairly quickly.
We have found Practice Evolve to be open to suggestions regarding improvements and whilst the product may not have the functionality of other programs we are able to efficiently operate a very busy legal practice.

Cons: Our early experiences were sometimes difficult as we needed to communicate what we needed and wanted and not get trapped into what we were told by support people.
Whenever I encounter a new person on the support desk I become worried about their levels of experience and I tend to resort to directly enquiries to people I know will be able to assist.

Overall: a functional system that ticks most of the boxes required.

Pros: There is nothing I would recommend about this software because the company couldn't be bothered returning my call or responding to my online enquiry.

Cons: The whole customer service experience. Using the link on the company's website I sent a general enquiry as a potential new customer. 24 hours later I had not had a response so I rang the company only to speak to someone who had no idea what I was asking and said someone would call me back shortly. 48 hours later I have still not received a call from the company.

Overall: There are no benefits.
