Pros: The cost or lack of cost!! The Filepro fee is added to each matter as a disbursement and therefore it is not a cost to us. This combined with a super friendly, accessible and helpful help desk make it a dream.

Cons: No practice management software is perfect, so sometimes there are features we wish filepro would have. However we find that the developers are always improving the software, therefore if there are ever any issues or improvements we would like we add to the wish list and generally they are part of the next release!!

Overall: Ability to have everything in the one software, Customer Database, Document Creation, Invoicing, General Ledger and matter management all in one !

Pros: There is nothing positive I can say because the company failed to respond to my email using the email address from the company's website.

Cons: Poor customer service. I reviewed the website and sent an email to the address on the website and I am yet to receive a response. The company can't be bothered to respond to a request from a potential new customer for additional information.
