Pros

CaseAware mobile is the best feature. Makes it versatile to keep track of notes.

Cons

The software is buggy and not very solid or well thought-out. I found the onboarding process painfully slow and still don't have many resources for expanding on use features.

Our firm has been trying to get this system up and running for almost 2 years now. This product is NOT user friendly at all and is a nightmare for the accounting department. I do not recommend this product!
