Comments: We have been using the system for over 14 years, initially 4 of us in the office using ACT! as the backend. Today there are over 200 of us.

The backend is SQL, we have users in USA, Holland, France, Switzerland, UK and Germany.

Every Country has regional layouts, many departments have unique reports, email templates, layouts and team permissions so that as a group we have workflow and unified reporting.

Support is excellent, the latest upgrade each year gets me - we pay £25 per user!!! and not a penny on support contracts we just pay as we go although within the team we have the SQL and HTML skills so have no need of support.

I am biased as I introduced it originally but so far no other solution has been able to demonstrate the low cost of ownership or flexibility.
