It isn't the prettiest, and sometimes I get calls about how to access their certificates of completion after finishing a quiz (though I think that is more user error than anything else). Overall, it's dependable, and hasn't let us down yet. Cons It isn't design heavy, which makes it feel a bit clunky, but it's extremely accessible, which makes up for that fact. I am able to ask questions right from the page I'm having trouble with and typically get an answer right away. Every time I send in a survey, the issues I comment on get fixed and a follow up email is sent to me. This company has GREAT customer service. Pros The templates make it so easy to upload your information. Cons I can't save my settings so each time I upload a new set of questions I have to go through and redo all the settings every time. I also like the question analysis. I also like being able to set the number of times a student can attempt to take a test and being able to set a specific time when the test is available. I think it could be a little simplified and user friendly. I appreciate a company with good customer service though! Pros I love the concept and love all the features it offers. The thing that drew us in was the ability to keep our proprietary information expire and not available after a period of time. The customer support is great too! Cons It's wonky. We had so many things go wrong with it while we were trying to set it up. Now I have PTSD if it's going to work or not. The QR code was a life saver because we didn't have everyone's email prior to test day. That saved us a lot of time getting the link to everyone. Pros Variety of question formats. Customizable grading. Review test scores, and ability to edit post-test. QR code worked very well. Cons The mix and match questions seemed clunky. It would be nice to have tiles with click and drag for more visibility. A couple students that took the test with their phones got kicked out of the test because of a phone call or some type of interruption. They had to restart the test. But please note that it might get expensive if you just want to use it only here and there.
