Learning Experience Manager E-Learning Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Mindtickle - A Bit Manual at Times but Great for Virtual Classrooms" November 14, 2025 4.0 Our team used Mindtickle for a couple of years to manage our live course catalogue. What gravitated us towards the platform was the ability to build out courses and blend in elements like coaching and different graders to review assignments. The structure allowed us to create programs with different stages and manage enrollments of different cohorts of students. Overall the platform works well for traditional virtual classrooms. I felt like our team did have to manage a bunch of aspects of the platform manually to make sure the functions fit the style of learning we were teaching. This ultimately made the details like building a new course cohort slow and we were consistently needing to check our work to make sure nothing was set up poorly. Pros I like how Mindtickle made it easy to bring in outside graders and coaches when we had students complete different roleplays during our programs. It was easy to teach outside facilitators and coaches and we were able to collect student feedback in a central location. Cons My biggest issue with Mindtickle was that our team had to continually find work arounds and new approaches to blend asynchronous and live learning courses. I am glad the functionality was there, I just wish the build for creating these hybrid type courses was more seamless. Review Source SR Sharon R. It’s better than the old-school PDFs and webinars I’ve dealt with before. If your company uses it, lean into the gamified parts. They really help keep you motivated Pros As a marketing rep who’s used Mindtickle for training, I’ve spent a fair amount of time inside the platform. Mindtickle is super engaging. The gamification elements, like earning badges and climbing leaderboards, actually made me want to finish modules faster. It felt more like a challenge than a chore. Also, the lessons were short and to the point. I could squeeze in a few modules between calls without feeling overwhelmed. Cons If I had to change anything, I would focus on social features. Every issue, concern, or problem has been promptly dealt with and fixed. Pros We built our product training and certification curriculum from the ground up using MT. From day one, the interface was very intuitive and very easy to learn. The variety of files that MT supports makes it very easy to use Articulate Rise, etc. The types of knowledge checks are great for learner engagement. We have had very favorable feedback from our learners. Our asynchronous bootcamp is now completely done through MT. Cons There are little things that mostly are just for convenience that would be 'nice to haves". For example, if you create a topic within a course, it would be nice to be able to copy that one topic and copy/paste into another module. you can only do this on the module level. Another example is when you upload a VOSS, every slide must have a recording. Sometimes, we have slides that do not require any VO so that would be a nice fix. October 7, 2020 4.0 In my company, we use it as a knowledge sharing platform for our sales team as well as dealers. Certification programmes can also be executed on this portal. It has been a delightful experience working with the Mindtickle team. Pros Mindtickle is a smart sales enablement tool. If used wisely and effectively, it gives you right performance metrics of your sales team. It helps you to calibrate merit quantitatively and link sales performance to actual knowledge of the sales team. If used prudently, Mindtickle can become your every-day goto sales assistant as its API is quite user friendly and it can be integrated with a number of internal applications as well. Cons The only glitch of the tool is the knowledge scores increase rapidly even after anyone just scrolls through the reading materials. There should be an intelligent way to make people go through the material actually rather than just scroll through and add scores. The tool can be made more intelligent to create a series of assessments and certifications automatically. As pointed out previously, K-scores need an alternate. Pros Mindtickle helps me strengthen my sales strategy as well as my artistic skills on a daily basis. I loved the app module, which helps everyone learn and stay informed about business progress. Mindtickle is great for learning about a company's goods, operations, and policies. Excellent app structure and user-friendliness. All learning modules are concise and visually appealing for simple comprehension. We can check our assignments and progress. The use of assessments at the end of each conceptual film is a terrific idea. Every execution experience reflects the reality in which the customers live and engage. We should earn more scores and know our degree of completion, therefore I enjoyed that part. Cons There isn't much to dislike. The gamification and the peer to peer rating is interesting. it helps me to know how much levels are left. The scoring is clear. The UI and UX is engaging. Cons None so far. Pros It's great that MindTickle's simplicity enables us to easily reach what we need, and it also makes it easy to learn anything new to ensure continuity of feedback, which I find great for motivation and learning and helps team members gain experience quickly. I love the fact that we can leverage MindTickle to create stimulating challenges and a competitive side among team members. It also ensures transparency in documenting management feedback and makes it compatible with timely reviews, especially since it provides graphs and reports that represent an actual assessment of teams' performance during various exercises. Cons I don't think MindTickle has any flaws, and it's great that it provides users with a modern dashboard, and the learning curve is low, so everyone can master it and benefit from its tools quickly. Cons I'm being picky here but when taking a quiz/test for a particular module - if you have a multiple choice question the first option you click will be counted as your actual answer, which brings your grade down.... it does not confirm if you want to submit that option as your answer.
