How easy it is to use, when i have difficulty, I reach out for assistance and i am answered very quickly!

Cons

No mobile friendly site, I do a lot of work off site and I would like to be able to enter and edit bookings with ease on my mobile.

Pros

Resbook is a great holiday booking software, which works very well with Xero and MYOB for accounting. The whole process is a lot easier than we anticipated

Cons

Not a lot dislike on Resbook. It's a great software. Only sometimes the feature request takes longer to happen.

Amazing and has helped me grow my vacation rental property company. Couldn't really ask for more. It's been such a great product

I wish the product was more mobile friendly. I'm on the go a lot so that would be helpful to have. A+ otherwise

Product as a lot of functionality, which sometimes means the depth is not there in each feature, but it generally works well and certainly does everything we need it to do. They are working on a lot of development for the product which is going to make it really great. Support team are enthusiastic, understanding and quick to respond. Product Manager knows his customers well and works hard for them.
