"Efficient and reliable field dispatching with a slightly complex interface"

**Overall:** Our experience with the software has been highly positive overall. It has effectively centralized our scheduling process and drastically improved our dispatch efficiency. While the mobile layout takes a bit of time for new staff members to learn, its core tracking and work order dispatch functions are incredibly reliable.

**Pros:** The maintenance management and scheduling capabilities are fantastic for our field operations. The built-in time tracking makes it incredibly easy for our technicians to log their working hours accurately directly from the job site. It offers true value for money because it keeps our team coordinated, dispatching smoothly, and driving less between service calls.

**Cons:** The user interface looks a bit cluttered and takes some getting used to during initial onboarding. There is a noticeable learning curve for setting up custom filters on the dispatch map. We also occasionally experience minor bugs and issues with real-time location syncing when technicians are working in low signal areas.
