Comments: We have been using Perenso for over 3 years. During this time we have seen the product evolve from the standard on premise solution to a sophisticated cloud based system that caters to complex business requirements. The iPad version released last year was a major leap Perenso and has greatly assisted us driving productivity an mobility within our field sales team.

We are looking forward to using their cloud offering.

Comments: Perenso is a feature full application with great support. The new iPad app has a nice UI and a great, flexible back end. Love the new Manager view too (for viewing diary entries and orders).

Comments: We have a large product portfolio with a complexity of trading terms and deals, Perenso allows to control, maintain and adminster all of this in an environment away from our main system that does not provide the level of flexiability we require in our fast changing business.

We have had some customized work done in the back end to suit our way of doing business and the team at Perenso have been able to do most things in a timely manner.

Pros: Our current release provides our reps with an electronic interface with the wholesalers, as well as providing them IMS Data Sales History related to each account they are calling on.
We will be launching Phase 2 at our upcoming sales conference, which will provide them with comprehensive workflows and daily task management. So far we have been very happy with Perenso V8 for iPad. It has provided our sales team with an easy to use stepping stone into the world of tablet CRM. This is something new to our company, so it had to be user friendly in order to gain maximum buy in from the sales team.

Cons: Based on the fact that our CRM roll out is in 2 stages, and that stage 2 is a more comprehensive release my only real con is that we have reduced functionality at present. In saying that, the functionality that we are expecting to roll out will suit the needs of our sales team perfectly.

Overall: Highly recommend Perenso and V8 for iPad. The initial discussions with their sales team made me feel comfortable that we were on the right track. We felt they spoke our language and understood the needs of an Over The Counter (OTC) Pharmaceutical company.
Since going live the ongoing support we have been provided has been comprehensive and thorough.

Pros: Broo Ltd embarked on a new offering into the Beer market in Australia, the first Beer Franchise in the world. Part of this offering we required a software solution for franchisees to be able to manage their customers, stock, sales, basically manage their entire business. Perenso provided a solution that does exactly that, it is an unbelievable CRM tool and provides us with up to date information and opportunity to print detailed reports. The support provided by Perenso is second to none and have been readily available during the introduction and rollout of the Broo App.

Cons: Cant fault it.

Overall: Would highly recommend both Perenso and the software solution that was provided.

Pros: Simple to use.
Intuitive GUI.
Scalable.
Customisable.
Ongoing updates and support.
Only full featured consumer pharmacy solution on the market.
Powerful field force tool deployed on the most popular mobility tool.
Powerful admin/backend. allows for in-depth reporting and on the fly workflow creation.
Well aligned with grocery/merchandising/chain store requirements

Cons: System is currently in it's infancy and doesn't yet support the same features as its PC counterpart.
Currently online only, drops out when phone coverage is lost.
Has some limitations forced upon it by IOS programming drawbacks.
Limeted tools for managers currently.
Limited functionality for clinics/Gp's hospitals.

Overall: We have been using the Perenso systems here for over a decade. They have provided solutions for our pharmacy & grocery/chain store needs that have enabled & empowered our field force, sales & marketing teams. The last few years in particular have seen a big jump in the evolution of their systems and services. The V8 iPad solution is the latest offering and it is in alignment with our field force strategy. The combination of the application and the device allows easier interation with customers in store. Streamlined, real time connections to the database back end allows the funtionality and ease of use inherent in the iPad to be used to it's fullest. We currently use their V8 PC application but we are moving the bulk of our field for to this offering in the next few months. While not as function rich as the PC version yet more are being added with every update. 75% of our field force will use this version alone with no loss of functionality immediately and the rest will follow in 2013.
