I feel I am able to answer the questions the broader team ask, easily and can ensure we measure promotional activity to give insights to make better decisions in the future.

Pros

The team is able to access data easily and I am able to update the store data easily. Reporting is easy and gives me what I need to update the team and measure performance.

I would love a manual to help use the features effectively.

We have worked with several different order entry software programs for live entry of orders and deals at trade shows. ’s software and capabilities are exceptional. The program is user-friendly, and it has a wide-variety of features that can be incorporated to maximize the ROI of the show, for the hosting company and the exhibitors. Two of my favorite features are the ability to correct items/prices/deals during the show and the reporting analytics. As an exhibitor, these features allow me to insure everything is in the system and correct, without the need for backup paperwork that could get lost and separated from the order. The reports provide me a chance to see my ROI for expenses of exhibiting and allow me to have advance planning on what will need to ship after the show.We loved the capability of this system so much, that we have incorporated it for our own order entry at major industry shows. The Perenso Team is awesome to work with!

Pros

Pros

Customer support during our set up stage have been nothing less than exemplary in their efforts to get us transitioned from our old system. Learning the features has made dealing with customer orders an easy task.

Cons

Some of the functionality is a little cumbersome such as selecting the date of next sales calls.

Reason for choosing Perenso

Being an Australian made product which seemed specifically designed for reps to use in a sales callcycle.

We've used for five years for our annual show. Their system allows us to take orders in advance of the show, edit and add to them at the show and do it all without pushing any paper.

Pros

It sounds cheesy but the people at really make the experience what it is. The staff are helpful and responsive throughout the process.

The team works with multiple groups within our organization, which has helped us to understand how to better support our internal teams and what their needs are.

Pros

The virtual show layout is easy for both our suppliers and customers to navigate. The support provides both our team and our suppliers/customers is top tier. They're quick to respond, are incredibly knowledgeable about the platform and provide informative trainings. The Perenso team also provides video tutorials which provide detailed instruction on how to navigate the platform, run reports, add users etc.

Cons

Our team has no complaints, the team is flexible with our business needs.

### "Hybrid Platform Is Excellent"

Pros

The software is very easy to use, we have utilized it for three years now and it gets easier to use every year. We have only used one year for a hybrid show, and we were very impressed with the in-person ordering, check-in, and registration - everything went very smooth. Easy to navigate on the host side, and our vendor community loves it - says this platform is the best in our business.

Cons

For our hybrid trade shows, we still have many customers frustrated with the online ordering, it could be a little more user friendly when it comes to order entry. Easier to add product to the cart. Using the host portal, it would be nice to receive all requested changes, information, data quicker and not have to wait for it to be process/extracted from Australia.

We have been using the systems here for over a decade. They have provided solutions for our pharmacy & grocery/chain store needs that have enabled & empowered our field force, sales & marketing teams. The last few years in particular have seen a big jump in the evolution of their systems and services. The V8 iPad solution is the latest offering and it is in alignment with our field force strategy. The combination of the application and the device allows easier interation with customers in store. Streamlined, real time connections to the database back end allows the funtionality and ease of use inherent in the iPad to be used to it's fullest. We currently use their V8 PC application but we are moving the bulk of our field for to this offering in the next few months. While not as function rich as the PC version yet more are being added with every update. 75% of our field force will use this version alone with no loss of functionality immediately and the rest will follow in 2013.

Pros

Simple to use. Intuitive GUI. Scalable. Customisable. Ongoing updates and support. Only full featured consumer pharmacy solution on the market. Powerful field force tool deployed on the most popular mobility tool. Powerful admin/backend. allows for in-depth reporting and on the fly workflow creation. Well aligned with grocery/merchandising/chain store requirements

Cons

System is currently in it's infancy and doesn't yet support the same features as its PC counterpart. Currently online only, drops out when phone coverage is lost. Has some limitations forced upon it by IOS programming drawbacks. Limeted tools for managers currently. Limited functionality for clinics/Gp's hospitals.

Each show has been successful each time. Having shows virtually is the new norm and everyone is onboard with idea, although hesitant at first but worth it in the end. The results have been amazing.

Pros

This software is simple and seamless. makes it easy from start to finish if you're an experienced user or first time user to the program.

Cons

Our least would be, not being able to meet directly with our customers through the program on video/camera.

Great first year with . Making a system switch is always nerve wracking, but it was a great experience and one we've received great feedback from our customers and vendors. The staff was a pleasure to work with and provided what we needed during our event.

Pros

The adaptability and visibility of the data for our team. Ease of use for our customers and vendors. Additionally, the ordering portal and booth ordering connected well.

Cons

Mobile app was not as user friendly or robust as I would have liked.

Because of the system, our customers are able to attend our show and focus on building relationships, placing orders, and discovering new products with the technology working seamlessly in the background. Also, I can't say enough about the quality of the people at Perenso that support the software and work with us on site during our show. Again, they are the best in the business.

Pros

We've been using Trade Show to manage our annual show for many years. The software is versatile, feature rich, and very flexible. We routinely get positive comments from our salesmen, our customers (attendees), and our exhibitors. Maybe the best feature is that it simply works well without attracting too much attention.

Cons

As long-time users of the software, we've been able to tailor our systems to exchange data more efficiently with . We are also excited to use the new mobile app at our next show in 2023.

Pros

Trade Show was great while working a hardware show, for an agency like the one I work in, this makes the ordering process smooth, allowing us to order from multiple of our factories for a dealer without having to grab several sheets of paper from different locations in multiple show booths. This also allows for show numbers to be totaled at a faster pace giving you recaps instantly. Lastly, this allows for orders not to get lost or turned in, since they are all electronically keyed in.

Cons

This did not cause any issues that I noticed while using it.

Highly recommend and V8 for iPad. The initial discussions with their sales team made me feel comfortable that we were on the right track. We felt they spoke our language and understood the needs of an Over The Counter (OTC) Pharmaceutical company. Since going live the ongoing support we have been provided has been comprehensive and thorough.

Pros

Our current release provides our reps with an electronic interface with the wholesalers, as well as providing them IMS Data Sales History related to each account they are calling on. We will be launching Phase 2 at our upcoming sales conference, which will provide them with comprehensive workflows and daily task management. So far we have been very happy with V8 for iPad. It has provided our sales team with an easy to use stepping stone into the world of tablet CRM. This is something new to our company, so it had to be user friendly in order to gain maximum buy in from the sales team.

Cons

Based on the fact that our CRM roll out is in 2 stages, and that stage 2 is a more comprehensive release my only real con is that we have reduced functionality at present. In saying that, the functionality that we are expecting to roll out will suit the needs of our sales team perfectly.

We have a large product portfolio with a complexity of trading terms and deals, allows to control, maintain and adminster all of this in an environment away from our main system that does not provide the level of flexiability we require in our fast changing business. We have had some customized work done in the back end to suit our way of doing business and the team at Perenso have been able to do most things in a timely manner.
