Pros

Simplicity and clarity for the user. Does all the typical billing functions with ease.

Cons

COuld use a separate function for "receipts". Often get paid in some other way, but then the user would like to get an "official-looking" receipt. Can be done with the current design, but few steps are required, would make it smoother to have dedicated functionality for this frequent transaction (at least for me)

Huge time saving

Pros

The sign up was simple. The Multi-currency invoicing is superbly useful. The ease of use is top class.

Cons

I'd be hard pressed to find something I don't like. But if I have be nit picky, maybe I'd prefer a different colour scheme.

I get to have all my invoices in one place, helps see my turnover and what I am owed so I can track the success of my business based on income, before I've been paid. I know when clients have received the invoice, so no "I haven't received it" issues. Also being able to add bills, when I'm invoiced by others is great. A lot of spread out info is now all held in one place.

Pros

It's appearance is very professional. My business has just stepped up and this helps create that image of a professional small business.

Cons

The first time I used it I would've liked it to guide me more. All the info I needed was there in help, but I'd done my first invoice before I realised that.

Pros

I really liked the easy use of the software and the dasboard, which allows me to have an overall view of my invoices.

Cons

There were not really any Cons but I cannot find a way of chaging the type of currency in the dashboard.

Pros

The fact it is free I can't believe this is a freeware product. I would be willing to review it more often to keep it free.

Cons

Works pretty well I don't really have a least favorite area but it seems there are a few tweaks that could improve the software.

Excellent! 5 Star Rating for Invoicely!!!

Pros

All the functionalities - Adding items and there's an option for time. - Can save PDF file - Less hassle in sending invoice. Instead of opening a gmail, I can send it directly with a templated message. - Can track reports how much did you earn

Cons

I can't find any cons in your services. All the things I need is in there.

Overall it has been positive but I can see how it can be a problem for people in other fields.

Pros

Very simple and intuitive UX and UI. Great pricing and allows for unlimited invoices to be generated.

Cons

It is lacking in customization options which can be a big con depending on what type of things you're charging for

Pros

I use Invoicely to keep track of media sales for my church. The layout and easy to navigate and I was able to use it within minutes after sign up.

Cons

I wish it was free forever for nonprofits. I don't write a lot of invoices but those of us who use it occasionally it will be great if it is free.

Pros

Easy to use and creating invoices is super fast, downloading the invoice to send as a PDF was fast, registration was quick.

Cons

Navigation, needs to be more simple, down to the core and everything else can be supportive, a better way to add clients to a list.

The mobility to use on the go, since i spend most days moving between locations

Needs to develop an app version. I think an app can be easily used when using a mobile device to create invoices.

Pros

Ease of use. Produce a quote in very quick because we can reproduce it easily. The design is very appealing and create a very professional quote.

Cons

The translation for french is really bad. I have to use only the English because the french translation makes no sense in some section. -It would be very useful to get a per hour default rate choice and to be able to enter the time as unit with the proper time format.

There was a lot of features to use but once I understand what I wanted to use it was actually quite easy.

Pros

The software allows me to have a list of clients, and to easily duplicate invoices which simplifies my process since clients have similar tasks. The app helps me with everything, from dealing the invoice to sending the email and keeping track of everything.

Cons

The lack of a feedback mechanism for when the client pays (and check he/she has paid).So far, I could not find out other/many cons.

It has made invoicing friction free

Pros

It just works. Let's me keep track if what's out, what's due and from who. I am always complaining about app and interface design (just ask my wife). No complaints about Invoicely.

Cons

Occasionally requires some screen back and forth that can be annoying, such as when I am checking through multiple invoices. Maybe use a pop up screen for reviewing.
